Godetevi questa accogliente e confortevole casa sul lago 3 bd 2ba recentemente rinnovata.
Il master è al piano principale con un 40 "TV, lettore DVD, letto matrimoniale regolabile per quei giorni in cui si vuole solo godersi la vista sul lago dalla finestra della camera da letto.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per includere una macchina da caffè keurig tra cui 6 k-kup gratuiti, tostapane, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile nero compresa lavastoviglie per una facile pulizia. Le camere al piano superiore sono dotate di letti full size, cassettiere, armadi, aree di seduta aggiuntive e unità di calore / ac senza conduttore.
La zona è ideale per escursioni a piedi, in mountain bike, sentieri UTV, passeggiate in bici da strada, gite in barca, sci nautico, wakeboard nuoto o pesca. C'è una rampa marina / barca a meno di 1/4 miglia di distanza, così come noleggio sci Jet nella zona giorno uso a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa.
Goditi le serate grigliate sul grande patio anteriore, avrai un posto in prima fila per ammirare le viste sul lago ei tramonti più belli dell'Oregon centrale.

Cute and Comfortable

This place ia amazing, you can not beat the view of the lake. The road that it is on is very quiet which is important since the house is just above it. The house is perfect, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and amenities. When we stayed it was a bit cold and we were busy with family so we didn't really get out in the lake but there are nice kayaks to use. The front deck is perfect for morning coffee and listening to the fishing boats head out and prefect in the evening to bbq, relax and watch the birds on the water. The hosts are very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Quiet beautiful view

Property was as very clean and came with (at no extra charge) a beautiful view of the lake. It was super quiet all day with few passing by night or day. Owner was super responsive as we had one little issue that was operater error on my part and regardless we were offered an additional night at no cost. You will not find the type of graciousnesses any where else I am sure.If you choose this property I think you will be pleased

Dark sky photo trip

My son and I took advantage of the new moon and Dark Sky International certification of the Prineville Reservoir Park. Didn't have to go anywhere. Fantastic views and perfect location for midnight to 4 am photography. Home was comfy and clean. Owner responded to query immediately and very nice and courteous. Will recommend for relaxation any day.

Great time again. Place is well stocked and very clean. They added an outdoor table set that made it nice for outdoor dining with an incredible view. We plan on going back.

Good but not great

We’ll stocked kitchen, clean and lots of beds, easily sleeping 6, but NOT 7! The living & dining spaces fit 4 more accurately if comfortability matters. If your group of 6 wants to watch a movie I hope some enjoy sitting on the hard floor. Comfy deck chairs featured multiple places in the pictures weren’t there as the owners didn’t feel the need to replace them after previous damage. WiFi is there, but painfully slow for any streaming. Overall, it’s not a 6-7 person house, but great for smaller. Looked better in pictures than it worked it reality.

Beautiful view of Prineville Reservoir!

The home was very clean and had any amenity one would need. The A/C worked wonderful! We would have liked to have some instructions on using the remote controls with the TV. One major item omitted from the house description was that the upstairs does NOT have a bathroom. Both bathrooms are located on the main floor. With the staircase to the upper bedrooms being pretty steep access to a bathroom for older adults during the night-time especially was intimidating.

A week at the reservoir.

We arrived and we're welcomed by a blast of hot air. Once we figured out the air conditioner we locked the house back up and headed to town for dinner and some groceries. The house is nicely decorated. The view is amazing! We were disappointed that the marina had been closed for sometime according to locals. This really affected our stay as we were counting on the water sports as being our major activity of the week. The bed in the master was way to soft and left my husband with a backache every morning. The other main issue was the sulfa smell of the water. I would suggest if you rent this home, to buy at least a gallon of water per person per day for drinking. You will smell the water when you shower or flush the toilet. After a couple of days you get acostumed to the small. We would probably stay here again knowing what to expect.

A very cute house in great location close to reservoir

Home is very well equipped with everything you might need for fun filled family time. The view from the deck is beautiful. Naomi is a wonderful host, and very quick to respond. The only suggestion I have is that if your sensitive to heavy sulfur from well water, to bring your own drinking water.

Great Place

This was probably the best stocked home that we've rented. Very clean and organized. Beautiful views from the deck,dining table and master bedroom. Plenty of space for parking your boat. Including a pull through one that could hold 2 truck and trailer combinations. Would definately stay here again.

Very close to the reservoir and great view

We had a great three day weekend close to to reservoir and pretty good parking even with our 24 ft boat.This house is clean and had everything we needed to bbq and cook.

Unclean and accused of damage which did not occur.

When we arrived we had to vacuum the walls which were full of cobwebs and dead and living insects. Also the bedroom sheets had hair in them, so I had to wash all the sheets and pillow cases in the house before we slept the first night. I had to clean out the dryer which was full of ratted up hair. There was a missing sheet in one bedroom. The protective covers on 2 beds were in even poorer condition. I just removed them and did not even try to wash these because there was hair and dirt stuck. My kids just slept on top of the beds with their sleeping bags. There was also one broken plastic cup, which I threw away because it leaked. When we left, we followed all instructions and left the house in immaculate and better condition than when we arrived. We took pictures of other houses in the neighborhood, so we could stay in the same area again but hopefully lease from a different and cleaner property owner. We overlooked the condition of the property and did not complain. We like to be pleasant renters as we vacation globally and frequently. I was shocked to get a call this morning that we damaged the house. The house was spotless and nothing was stolen. None of what was stated took place, except for the missing cup which was broken before our first use. We are accused of steeling two pillow cases from the master bedroom, which I placed on the floor by the washing machine as required. I did throw away a broken cup, but planned to inform them as to why. We were also accused of stealing cleaning supplies, which the owner said that we used 10 rolls of toilet paper and 4 rolls of paper towels. I Think that is reasonable usage over 4 days and not stealing. They accused of taking forks. These were never removed from the house. All silverware were left washing in the dishwasher when we departed. I even cleaned the sink and countertop which was not required. We are being accused of putting a “dime size hole in fabric on dining room bench” and causing a “broken wheel on bed upstairs.” This did not occur. We are also accused of stealing a cutting board, which my son-in-law put away in the lower cabinet the night before we left right in front of me. We have stayed in rentals for 25 years and rented from the same owners year after year. We have NEVER been accused of such lies. Either someone knew the lock code and broke into the house after we left and mysteriously did this damage or this owner just wants to keep a leaser’s deposit to fix his place.

Awesome views!

This property has incredible views of Prineville Reservoir. Close to the lake for swimming and fairly close to put in your boat. We rented a slip at Prineville State Park and brought the truck and trailer back to the SPACIOUS parking on this property. We spent a fabulous week here!

Best location

Over looking the reservoir, walking distance to the beach, this is the best location around the area. The house is nicely decorated. We enjoyed our staying.
