“The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! “They are not accommodating at all I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page. Then got told I should be luck to get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all ”
