Privateer Bay: Tour e Visite Guidate

The rooms smelled terribly like mold. The alley behind our room had a man on a couch sitting there an entire day and another group under an pop-up tent. for hours at night there was music and noise like there was a nightclub behind it.

Property was nice but extremely smelly. Beach was completely unusable due to massive amounts of seaweed. Every other resort used heavy machinery to clean their beach, except margaritaville. Between the semi trucks slamming dumpsters at 6am, the beeping golf carts all through the night and dozens of roosters crowing at 4am, sleeping was almost impossible. We ordered a to-go meal from their restaurant and it took over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The staff were all very nice, helpful and worked hard to ensure they did their best. The establishment on the other hand was quite lacking.

The beach was beautiful but rocky. The standard room was dirty, the sofa was filthy, when we pulled it out to use the sofa bed the floor underneath was black. Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel resort ever again!!!
