No Smoking
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and anywhere on the premises. A cleaning fee will apply for any violations.

Maximum Occupancy
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.

Cleanliness
We kindly ask that you keep the cottage tidy during your stay. Please dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food or waste exposed.

Parties and Events
Hosting parties or events is not allowed. We ask that you respect the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of the area.

Pool Use
Please note that the pool is not heated unless requested in advance, with an additional fee of €20 per day. There is no lifeguard on duty—children must be supervised at all times while using the pool.

Damages and Rule Violations
Any damage to the property or breach of these house rules will result in a penalty of €1,000, which will be charged to the guest responsible.
