“The property was lovely, very clean and tidy. Only a couple of moans, there was no welcome pack to say what time the pub was open etc, no paperwork for the tv and we weren't told there is wifi, when bookings it said no wifi! Some of the plastic utensils were so bendy they couldn't really do their job properly ie potato masher and serving spoons!! Apart from that everything was great.”

“Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !”

“We had a wonderful four-night stay at the gorgeous Coswarth Cottage - two adults, three children and a dog. The cottage is stunning and even better than the photos suggest! “We booked the cottage to allow us access to the coastal path. It was perfect for all drop offs and pick ups! Weather was rather against us, but luckily the cottage had good washing facilities and we had dry clothes for every day. Everyone slept well. We also used the local pub twice for an evening meal and we were grateful for its close proximity. All in all a good comfortable stay which everyone enjoyed.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this amazing cottage. Lots of room for the whole family and the amenities were great. Charlestown can be notoriously busy, but since this cottage is behind the shipwreck center it was peaceful and quiet even on a busy weekend. Loved waking up to the view of the sea in the distance. We will absolutely consider staying again on a future trip! If I had to come up with any suggestions, I might suggest getting some bedside lamps so that kids who are afraid of the dark can...

“Lovely property in quiet creek side location. Heating was on when we arrived which made it more welcoming on a November day. Milk and a bottle of wine was a great touch. Comfortable home from home experience. Amenities on the doorstep - shop & pub. We were a little unlucky with two storms barrelling in in short succession but the cottage was comfortable enough to stay in and relax in.”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

“Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

Si può fare meglio, soprattutto nel servizio
"Soggiornato a dicembre per 3 notti. Lati positivi: posto tranquillo, parcheggio comodo, colazione con varietà dolce e salato e servizio in sala attento con personale che non fa mancare nulla. La location è d’epoca e si respira un’atmosfera storica. Piacevole la veduta del mare dalle ampie vetrate delle sale al piano terreno, compresa la sala colazione. Riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante sia nella camera che per il termo arredo in bagno. Arredo capiente. La posizione consente di visitare i principali luoghi a sud della Cornovaglia senza fare troppa strada in auto. Lati negativi: la prima notte non è stato fatto servizio in camera (e si sono scusati); la seconda notte non sono stati messi i prodotti per il bagno, la tenda in camera era strappata pertanto si può fare meglio, trattandosi soprattutto di un hotel 4 stelle. Manca una presa elettrica in bagno, non è presente il phon, i materassi non sono molto comodi. "
