Hotel a Prochot

“Nice hotel, nothing in particular to remark.”

“The location is convenient to walk to town. The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area. We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous...

“comodo hotel per trasferte di lavoro. Purtroppo in zona le mete turistiche scarseggiano.”

“Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there...

“This place is perfect, I would recommend it very highly. It is very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the host was very helpful! ”

“L'appartement pour 5 est pratique, mais dans cette gamme de prix c'est le pire qu'on ait eu en Slovaquie et en Autriche sur 8 hébergments différents. Le reste de l'hotel est surement tres bien et la réceptionniste est charmante.”

“Pulizia impeccabile, personale molto gentile ed ottimo ristorante.”

“Foi horrivel. Ficamos num quarto no sotao, onde ao sair da cama, batiamos a cabeça na viga. Nao tinha chuveiro, era ducha com a agua que nao passou de morna. O quarto nao tinha como vedar, tampouco a luz da noite ou do dia. Experiencia bem ruim”

“Beautiful views, plenty parking, breakfast was satisfactory. We would stay again.”

“Ottima location con strepitosa zona benessere...la camera singola è davvero piccola ma comoda”

“This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. We were the only guests that night, because the hotel had blocked reservations to get organized for the summer season (and forgot to block Expedia). The hotel owner was working the desk, and was extremely friendly and helpful. There is convenient and secure parking under the hotel. There are a few tourist attractions in town (most interesting - the mine tour) and there are other...

“Basic 3 star hotel Still you get the feeling of the old communists times Small rooms, basic fornitures Bathroom need some renovation The door on the bottom part was rotten Breakfast average Friendly staff Conveniently located in the main city square ”
