“Only one elevator was working, and it was slow due to the number of guests needing to use it. The air conditioner in one of our rooms wasn't working well, it was too hot, though we didn't mention it to management because my son said he was fine. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall it was a good stay and I wouldn't mind returning.”

The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it. “Pros: closest to Mayo Clinic hospital and restaurants, some of the staff very helpful. Cons: area does not feel secured, no staff or security available at night. Hotel is an extended stay so you never know who is next to you. Lots of fights and screams from other rooms. Unable to sleep at night due to dogs barking, arguments and fights all night.
