“Bathroom was very nice and clean . Heater in bathroom made it very comfortable . Bed was comfortable as well . Disappointment was the pool was not in operation or heated . Spa was functional . Staff very helpful with information of the area and suggestions . Lake Tahoe was beautiful. Winter snow had disappeared early and we had beautiful early summer weather. ”

“Occupant regulated wall heaters - loud, no thermostat. TV didn’t work. Could overhear other rooms at normal conversation level. Dingy interior”

“The room was beautiful and the staff was super helpful. They provide so much in the 1 bedroom suite. Very spacious! And a great view. Only thing I can complain about was the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were uncomfortable but the location was perfect with tons of shops and food around. ”
