T2 apartment of 45 m2 with all comforts which consists of:
- A beautiful sunny terrace of 15m2,

- A living room of 25m2 with its well-equipped American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc...) as well as a 140 cm two-seater sofa bed.

The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the city center and the charming marina of Propriano. 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches and walks.
The apartment is also fully air-conditioned and a wifi connection is available.

🔒 Mandatory security deposit:
In accordance with our conditions of stay, a bank imprint (pre-authorisation) will be made on the day of check-in (€1,000.00).
This operation does not result in any debit: the amount is simply blocked by your bank.
The imprint is automatically cancelled after departure if no damage or dispute is found.
