Optional cleaning fee 100€

Cleaning and routine maintenance deposit
A deposit of 100 € will be required on arrival, for cleaning and routine maintenance of the accommodation. It will be returned to you in full at the check-out inventory, provided that the apartment is left clean and complies with the instructions that will be presented to you and given to you during the check-in check-in.
Otherwise, the deposit will be kept and cashed to cover the costs of completely refurbishing the accommodation.
Late arrivals and early departures
Please respect the agreed times. A surcharge of €50 will be applied for arrivals after 21:00 or departures before 8:00.

For your comfort, you are free to bring your own linen. If you prefer to travel light, we offer bed linen and towels for rent on site, at a rate of €15 per person — a convenient option for a hassle-free stay.

We welcome you from 5 p.m. and ask you to vacate the premises before 10 a.m. on the day of departure, in order to prepare your arrival and that of future travelers as well as possible.
