Stunning, multi-level seaside home in Prospect Harbor, Maine. Relax and unwind on our spacious waterfront deck, the perfect setting for viewing the pink granite shoreline below as you enjoy the grill and idyllic gardens and fire pit.

Nearby Maine experiences include the world-famous Acadia National Park with hiking, biking, bird-watching and kayaking; the timeless lobstering villages of Prospect Harbor, Winter Harbor, and Corea with their blown glass and art galleries, quaint shops, and local seaside eateries; and bustling Ellsworth, where you can tour Maine’s premier historic estate Woodlawn Museum with its 180 exquisite acres and stately home or even try your skill at Candlepin bowling, played primarily in the Canadian Maritime provinces and here in New England!

Catch the ferry from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor if you long for sightseeing, shopping, dining, and the historical sights of Mount Desert Island. Or… you may just want to sit sipping a morning coffee or twilight cocktail in our Adirondack swing and watch the occasional napping sea lion and ducks swimming to their rock islands in the bay. We were pleasantly surprised that the property was even better than the photos showed. From the moment we drove down the tree lined driveway to the house sitting right on the coast we fell in love with the place. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and the location absolutely cannot be beat.

Amazing Coastal Maine Vacation

What a wonderful family vacation. The house and property are exactly as described and even prettier in person. Jill was so helpful and gracious. The fridge was stocked with beverages and some delicious coffee cakes which were much appreciated after a long couple days of travel. Our family had a fantastic time enjoying the views, climbing the rocks, and visiting the surrounding area for hikes, great meals and lasting memories.

Peaceful and beautiful.

We have stayed in places all over the world and the hosts for this place were the best. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the hosts left a wonderful welcoming gift. It was extremely clean and the views from the back deck are like something you see on a postcard. We saw harbor seals, bald eagles, and various other animals from the deck.If you want to enjoy the beauty of Maine, this is the place.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and ideal for a family setting. Beautiful house with amazing views! Chose this property for my 40th birthday trip. The property owners are super responsive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They stocked the fridge with drinks and left a couple birthday gifts around the house for me. I can’t say enough positive things. Lots of stuff to do and plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from in the area. So glad we chose this one, hopefully we’ll be able to get back in the future!

With what Mother Nature provides in the great state of Maine along with the hospitality of the host of this gorgeous coastal home, you will surely enjoy a great vacation. We were welcomed with delicious coffee cake, New England coffee, refreshing beverages and fresh fruit and flowers. The linen closet was stocked with hotel quality towels along with plenty of dish towels in the kitchen. The game room was one of the family favorites after a day of enjoying the out of doors. Waking up every morning to spectacular views of the water and wildlife is something that we will always remember and truly miss.

Property was as advertised. Nice and Peacefull neighborhood and a spectactular view of the Harbor. Jill our host was a ROCK STAR. We very much appreciated her leaving the lights on for us and the special anniversary treats. The house was spotless and was fully stocked with needed items. All of the room furnishings were very comfortable and nice.We especially loved the birds, the rabbits and our nightly Deer visitor.We cant wait to return.

Fall colors

We had a great time in Maine. This home was absolutely beautiful, wonderfully decorated, the outdoor space was also great. We used the outdoor fire pit and the sky was absolutely stunning with the Milky Way and stars right above. We were greeted with fresh flowers, some amazing breakfast coffee cake, and other amenities to make us feel welcomed. It was a very peaceful and private location!

Perfect for families

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Lots of space to enjoy. For a family who plays lots of games, the game room was a real hit! Coffee on the rocks at the shoreline in the mornings and drinks on the deck at night were the perfect start and end to the day.

Home and view were beautiful. Home was well stocked with towels, dinnerware, and shower supplies. All equipment worked perfectly. Quality of included items was outstanding. Location was very secluded and peaceful. An absolutely first rate rental.

Stunning views!

Everything about this property was on point. Beautiful well kept/clean home in secluded area with stunning views. Loved the fresh flowers in all the rooms and all the little extras did not go unnoticed! We had 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space to run! Thank you so much for your kindness and peace of mind we were in good hands!

Amazing views and clean

We felt at home but with a view. Lots of games for children, comfort, and a beach that you can see from the deck (just a short drive around the block). We only stayed four nights, but there were plenty of yard games and board games to keep our family busy for two weeks. 100% hit with everyone and the host is so kind and helpful in his correspondence. If we head back to Maine, we will stay here again.

One cannot adequately describe the joy experienced by us all when we stayed at this oceanfront home. The view, the gentle slope to the rocks, the different levels in the house which give access to various interests, the easy communication with property manager...the list could go on.
