Hotel con piscina a Prospect Heights

“Personale cordiale e disponibile. L’hotel dispone di un ampio parcheggio. Colazione tipica americana. Camera ampia e pulita e letto abbastanza confortevole. Nelle vicinanze non ci sono molti ristoranti. Sala fitness abbastanza ben rifornita di attrezzi. ”

“I love our room. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The waffle station gets busy because it takes time to cook and seems everyone's favorite to eat especially the kids. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Had a pleasant stay although we didn't get a chance to use the pool. ”

“The place was nice, but as a first tome visiter, it would have been better if they had given us or emailed me a map of the property. That especially would have been helpful when trying to find my room. We had kids with us, so i wanted to park as close to the room as possible. There were three towers and no obvious indication of where to find my room or which parking lot would be best for our room. Check in was a kiosk, which was fine. However it would be great if the kiosk would offer the option...

“Pool ares was nice, took about an hour and us having to ask twice for them to turn up the heat bc it was cold ”
