Cottage a Prosperity

“I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. “Nice enough staff. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Dining options walkable. Would stay again. My room had what seemed like a floating floor poorly installed. It moved and creaked with every footstep. Would wake people if through the night. Also a strong smell of mothballs, I suspect hiding the smell of smoke. It gave the feeling of dirty even though the room was not.”

“We wanted a cup of coffee before we left to come home, but there wasn’t any as it had been taken up around 1;30. All of the hotels where we’ve stayed had coffee most of the day or all day! The hotel was was very clean and nice however. We’d stay there again.”

“Unable to stay due to roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area and refrigerator. Host tried to make it seem like it could have been an issue with the cleaner. There was also old milk in the fridge so who knows how long that was in there. Owner promised a refund but has not followed through. Additionally, was not able to reach host until day of arrival for access details. Arrived and found the property in the backyard of another house without dedicated parking which was not mentioned when booking....

“Clean room, Staff was very friendly and professional. The only reason I give it one star was the other guest were loud and throwing stuff arguing call downstairs about it and problem still wasn’t resolved. So my husband and I had absolutely no sleep at all the entire night, and had to both leave and drive couple hrs on no sleep. ”

“It was a cool experience. Love the setup. Porch is so welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Otto had everything we needed. ”
