“The room was clean, a great size. We had a very late check in with no problems. They let us have a later checkout.”

“Beautiful hotel but very limited in room dining offerings and the restaurant kitchen closes early and doesn’t offer breakfast.”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“Clean rooms and the lovely breakfast”

“Everything was perfect. The hot tub was amazing the pool as well. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast. They cleaned our room every single day, which was a plus. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking.”

“The room was very clean and well.maintained. Staff were great and breakfast was good. The only negative was that the hotel was being refurbished and there were workers carrying out work in areas where residents had access to. For example I was going to the lift on the ground floor and a workman was sanding the ceiling with an orbital sander. He had a mask on for the dust, but he didn't stop when I walked past to access the lift. Had it not been for that I would have given the hotel five stars.”

“The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away.”

“Room was unbelievably hot with no working AC, overhead fan, or window to open to bring it down to a comfortable temperature. Cracks in my private room’s walls, could hear and SEE people clearly shuffling around in the kitchen / common room through cracks. Left and booked with Hilton instead. Getting my money back through Michie had been impossible despite not staying for any of my trip! Could have worked for someone else but not for me!”

“You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly large for a single. A comfortable king size bed and great air conditioning. We would stay here again.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”
