“The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath.”

“Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

“Checked in on Sat May 16. Our 1st room toilet wouldn't flush. Took the top off & the latch inside kept coming off everytime you'd try to flush. Went to call the front desk, phone was unplugged. Then the buttons didn't work for front desk. Went down to ask for another room. 2nd room was same style room but the shower tub paint was literally peeling completely off as we were looking at it. Phone worked this time, called for a new room. They said all they have in the same style is accessibility...

L'hotel rispetta i canoni standard dei Best Western Plus, camere spaziose, pulite e funzionali. Unico neo, la nostra camera, sul retro, era molto rumorosa a causa dei motori dei condizionatori del palazzo vicino.
