Genuinely the rudest employees and customer service here. Cleanliness is horrible. Every towel we received had stains on them. We stayed for over a week. Every morning they bang on your door non stop. Do not give time to respond/open the door. For people who work at night and sleep during the day it's so inconsiderate. Any work phone call u are on. Nope be prepared to be embarrassed. When entering your room just look to the right and u get the nice view of rodent traps :) When any issues or concerns addressed we were told sorry there's nothing we can do. I then asked if this is how they run the establishment and they insured me it was and they would be more than happy to put me on a do not confirm reservation list. No problem I spend good money staying well over a week+ at hotels. If you would like u deny service just for a customer bringing concerns to you then this business will thrive!!!
