Dear sir, my stay at the Hampton was probably my last. Check in was a breeze no issues. Lady working the front desk, Stacy, was very polite and professional and actually took the time to explain everything to me. Our room was on the 3rd floor with double occupancy. At first the room seemed ok but things fell apart once we settled in. The beds n pillows are extremely worn out n not at all comfortable. The heater/AC made a hi pitch noise throughout our stay. Not sure it even if it even funtioned properly. 
    We rented on the hotel on the premise that the pool n jacuzzi were in service but when we went to use them they weren't. Kinda sux as our grandchild were so counting on going swimming. 
   On Monday of our stay my granddaughter spotted a rodent/ mouse in our room. She freaked out as did I. My significant other went to the front desk and explained what was going on. I do not remember the night manager name but he asked my significant other what she would like him to do. Really!!! He came to the room to check it out. Sure enough he got to see the mouse poking his head out from behind the entertainment center. My granddaughter also provided pictures on the rodent. He immediately issued us another room on the 5th floor.He told me that he would contact Expedia and have our last night there comped free for the aggravation and stress caused by our experience.
