Situated at the front of the apartment this living room is a cozy and inviting space with a clean, modern aesthetic. Use the sofa to relax and watch TV on the mounted flat-screen, paired with a stylish coffee table. This multi functional space offers a desk area and a door to make this more private and comfortable for your next stay.
SLEEPING AREA:
At the end of the hallway the bedroom is a serene and stylish retreat designed for restful nights. A king-sized bed takes center stage with matching modern nightstands set with lamps and a white noise sound machine. An expansive walk-in closet offers ample storage for your clothes or luggage. Unwind while watching TV on the mounted flat-screen right from the comfort of your bed.

Next to the bedroom this updated bathroom features a modern vanity and a full-size shower and tub combo features a rainfall showerhead—perfect for starting your day or winding down. This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses three separate short-term rental units—including this inviting first-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.
The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The Neighborhood:

Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 2 steps to get into the building.
Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response.
