Cozy and Spacious Providence Retreat for Families and Groups



Nestled in the heart of Providence, this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a comfortable and convenient retreat for families, groups of friends, and business travelers alike. With its central location and array of modern amenities, this property is the perfect base to explore all that the city has to offer. The per night price shown is for two people. Each additional guest over two people is $85 per night per additional guest. Pets are welcome at the rate of $100 per pet. Please notify us if you have a service animal. Please be sure to identify all parties of your reservation upon booking. No changes can be made to alter the reservation after the day of check-in unless the number of guests was improperly reported on the original reservation and/or a pet(s) was present upon arrival which was not included in the original reservation. There will be no credit for an additional party who was part of a reservation and decided not to stay at the property.



The home features a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. For your convenience, the home offers private, off-street parking for up to two vehicles, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, iron, and essential cleaning supplies, making your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

nice stay..

Original rental had some issues but host accommodated us on a different property. Once we got accustomed to all the controls, stay was good. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood. appliances are new. We didn't cook much but it would be nice to have some decent cooking utensils. Host was very responsive and would definitely consider it for future stay

Home Away from Home

Joe was very responsive and handled our requests quickly. There is room to spread out in the house. There aren't a ton of small decorations on each surface which was perfect for our family with a very active two year old. There is a double entry to the stairs going upstairs. Half of the stairs are from the kitchen and half are from the dining room. Since we wanted to rest with our toddler, we got gates to put at the kitchen entrance and the dining room stairs so we can rest knowing he couldn't keep going up and down. The stairs are wood and a bit slick so it helped ease our worry. There are entry stairs to get into the main house and then stairs to take you to the four bedrooms upstairs and stairs to take you down to the basement laundry. If you struggle with stairs, it could be tricky. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There is a smart tv and high speed internet which my husband had to utilize for his grad classes. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a very responsive owner.
