great location, but otherwise just okay. For the cost, we should have gone for a hotel. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.) The lockbox was difficult to use every time we went in and out, and when we moved one of the sofas so all of us could watch a movie, there was old food underneath.

Trip with Daughter

We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location

We had a great visit in Providence for my daughter’s graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Providence conference stay

We came to Providence for a conference at the convention center. The house was conveniently located for that. Check in was easy, and house suited our needs.

Three old guys (65+) enjoyed our 2 night stay. Listing was as advertised. Clean and orderly. Great location for Federal Hill area!

Providence for WaterFire

Great location. Covered parking for 1 car. Surprisingly quiet for how close it is to Atwells. Close enough to walk downtown for WaterFire event and nightlife. Host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient

Host was extremely responsive. Beautiful house and extremely convenient to downtown area. Walked to convention center within 10 minutes. Parking space was really nice to have. Overall it was a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

The place was not up to standards for cleanliness. The beds were terrible, there were literally 6 towels for 5 people. He was fixing a rodent issue while there.

This property is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The accommodations were serviceable and clean enough but several windows would not close and lock, the shower door was falling off (hinges broken), some pillow cases were too small for the pillows, security lighting outside door did not work. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 3 coffee mugs and a 4 cup coffee pot. Other kitchen amenities were lacking but we did not cook there so that did not impact us. Parking was tight but is available so that's a plus.

Comfortable and walkable

My husband and I brought teenagers for an overnight to see WaterFire. It was great to have everyone in one place, but with their own spaces to crash. Nice parking, decent walk to the waterfront. We would do this again.

Great Place and Loxation!

The property was very clean/well-kept, very spacious. The location is perfect when visiting downtown Providence. The communication with the host was excellent, he responded almost immediately with helpful info both times I reached out with a question. Any time I visit Providence with friends I will check to see it this house is available.

The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough.
