“Super clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the sink faucet was not attached properly and there are few hooks for hanging towels (like many hotels).”

“There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given.”

“This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. ”

“Room was tidy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but had sticky floors. Lighting in bathroom was soooooo dark. Hotel has the odor of past smokers?? Staff were friendly. Parking is plentiful.”

“We had a restful very comfortable evening!The front desk was very helpful with great suggestions of things to see in our short stay. Highly recommend .”

“We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price.”

“Recently stayed at The Union Gables Inn for my wife's birthday and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Everything from the location (so close to downtown and the horseracing museum/race track - both within a very quick walk), the building (my wife was in love with the room, the victorian architecture and antiques) and the staff (all so friendly and eager to help or chat).
