“L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...

“We wish there were dishes, utensils and a pan for the nice kitchen which included an induction cooktop and dishwasher along with the refrigerator and microwave. The room was modern and very clean. Lacked a place to set luggage, had to use the bed.”

“So close to SPAC. We were there for a concert. They do not offer early check in so don't try. It wasn't a big deal for us. There is a great brewery leas than a mile away. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and bed was comfortable. They do have a running shuttle for SPAC and other area activities, we did not use it. My husband left 2 shirts and surprisingly on our way back thru we stopped in and they had them. That is a first for us. Overall a great stay. ”

“Very unique venue-loved the castle theme, and the rooms were very comfortable. Snacks, water and coffee provided in room. This was a fun place to just wander around inside, taking in all the artwork and castle decor. It was very quiet as well. We were barely aware of other guests during our stay. ”

“Our experience was great. The room decor is dated but clean and functional. The pool is much larger than a standard hotel pool-15 yds I believe with two line lanes for laps. Both the pool towels and room towels were brand new. Good location for Saratoga Springs activities at a reasonable price.”

We were greeted with a glass of champagne at check-in, and with a bottle in our room, because we were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. This was such an impressive gesture. “The property manager was a delightful gentleman. He gave me a lot of local insider knowledge because he grew up in the area. I can’t find anything wrong with my stay. It was absolutely great and I hope to go again.”

“Hidden gem. I have stayed in worse in higher class hotels. It was quiet, clean, cool, and super comfortable beds. My small complaint was the provided bathroom items (soap, shampoo, and conditioner), were empty (just conditioner). Great parking, safe rooms, and super quiet. Do not judge this motel by the outside (which is also very cute), it was an awesome stay. Easy check in and check out. Just far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to take a quick ride to everything. Awesome...

“Hotel was great! We were there to see Phish at SPAC which was an amazing show!! The hotel was close to SPAC and provided shuttle service. Both drivers were so kind and helpful. The staff was friendly. We got some drinks at the bar before hand and the drinks were delicious. They had an outside patio with fireplace to hang after. All around great experience. ”
