“The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The best I can say is the building has a lot of character and interesting custom artwork on the premises. The bedsheets seemed adequately clean.”

“The best thing about the place was the staff. Check in was backed up and a fiasco, but staff managed it effectively and were very nice. Parking was fine, water pressure was good. There was an intense smell everywhere which I couldn’t identify. If it was a the smell of a cleaning agent it had a caustic edge to it. The chair in the room was whooped. Peeling pleather. Sticky. The laminate floor in the room was likewise very sticky, The morning coffee set up was pretty pitiful. We arrived...

“Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this property. Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”
