“Struttura molto bella, camera dotata di tutti i comfort. L'unica delusione è stata che avevamo prenotato una camera "vista mare laterale" ma era un piano terra e non c'era alcuna vista, probabilmente un errore di traduzione di Hotels.com. Rapporto qualità prezzo in linea con gli standard di Grace Bay.”

“Hotel stile coloniale con diversi edifici a due piani. Preferisco queste strutture agli hotel multipiano americani. Le camere sono spaziose, il bagno della mia era ancora con la vasca, ma le stanno progressivamente sostituendo con le docce Posizionato sulla più bella spiaggia dell'isola. Offre un buon ristorante, personale gentile e disponibile”

“It was a beautiful resort! The rooms and suites were nice with all the amenities, beautiful decor! The staff were so friendly and their customer service was awesome! We had a great time and will be back soon! A big shout out to Thank Dannie for her smiling face at breakfast, Jay always cheerful w our breakfast set up and Simon always being so happy helping us with our beach set up! The restaurants Seven had great service and the food was excellent!”

“Neptune Villas was almost too good to be true - our villa was enormous & comfortable and had a private pool & wrap around deck. We got the space we needed and close to remote beautiful beaches. It was perfect for our family & with a rental car we saw everything we wanted to in Grace Bay & golfing & Da Conch Shell etc. Would definitely stay again!”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...
