“The penthouse was perfect for our family vacation with two small children. Housekeeping came every day and worked around the little one’s nap schedules. We loved that it was a small resort, quiet and peaceful. There is construction of a St. Regis next door that is noisy from 8-5 and produces a lot of dust. “The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution.
