“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...

“Used the free kayak to paddle across Chalk Sound to see the sunken plane. Taylor Beach is beautiful and its a short drive from all the craziness of the tourists. My Hatian friends at the bar and restaurant made everything more fun!”

“We've stayed here several times. The resort has improved significantly over the last 5-10 years. The majority of the staff is great, but the reservation manager & welcoming attendant are not. Rude & unwelcoming. If I was management I'd make personnel changes & i bet your repeat revenue goes up 20+%. It's the only reason we sadly won't be back.”
