“This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. “The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution.
