Splendida villa caraibica che sfrutta tutto ciò che Providenciales ha da offrire. Situato su uno dei punti più alti delle isole, Sunrise Ridge Villa offre alcune delle migliori viste sull'isola delle acque turchesi delle rive del Caicos e sull'oceano. Oltre agli incredibili panorami, la casa è perfettamente posizionata per ottenere il meglio dalle brezze di raffreddamento tutto l'anno. Con una grande piscina, uno scivolo d'acqua, un'amaca e mobili esterni coperti, Sunrise Ridge Villa è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e immergersi nelle Isole Turks e Caicos.

Sunrise Ridge è composta da 3 camere da letto / 3. 5 bagni
* Master con un letto matrimoniale, cabine armadio, balcone privato e ampio bagno.
* Letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo e ampia doccia esterna
* Ampia camera con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Questa camera ha anche un bagno completo con doccia e vasca.

C'è una grande sala da pranzo / soggiorno open space adiacente ad una cucina gourmet che è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare pasti fantastici. Questa non è una tipica casa vacanza ma anche un posto in cui andiamo in vacanza e di conseguenza è molto ben attrezzato. C'è una TV da 52 pollici con lettore DVD, collegamento per computer (HDMI), XBox, Roku e audio surround.


La piscina è lunga oltre 35 piedi. Ha anche una bella parte poco profonda, buona per i bambini o semplicemente per rilassarsi in acqua.

Nota: l'uso dell'aria condizionata non è generalmente necessario poiché abbiamo brezze così grandi. Se è necessario utilizzare l'aria condizionata, viene misurato e addebitato alla stessa tariffa che paghiamo alla società di servizi.

Situato appena fuori da Ocean Drive, è un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro di belle case e spazi aperti. Eppure è a meno di 5 minuti di auto dall'autostrada Leeward da dove tutti i Providenciales sono facilmente raggiungibili.

STAY HERE!!!!

We had an amazing trip to Turks and Caicos! This house is wonderful! The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities as described! The house is fixed on top of a hill with the best views! The infinity pool is a perfect ending to your day after you’ve been at the beach all day! The rooms cool down quickly and the breeze flowing throughout the house is perfect. Highly recommend!

Wow

We stayed for a week with close friends. The listing is very accurate. Great house, location, and views. Had a small issue with one of the AC’c which was handled immediately.Nice breeze the whole week to help with the bugs and heat. Highly recommend !

We have 4 college and high school age children. The house was a perfect set up and well-equipped for our needs. Loved snorkeling at Smith's Beach and a day trip to the North Island. Mudjin Harbor is extraordinary. The hosts were responsive to our needs (though we really had none).

Dream Villa on Turtle Tail

Stayed with my family for 6 nights. Everyone loved the house. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful sunrise view in the morning. Close to amazing Hidden Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back.

August Stay

Most beautiful views of the entire island. We stayed in August which was very hot The living area has no A/C but with thr ceiling fans, fans borrowed from the bedrooms, and the breezes we were fine. Everything needed was provided.

Perfect Turks retreat

Beautiful villa with picturesque views of the ocean. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lots of space to spread out in the family room, dining and kitchen with laundry. Tons of beautiful outdoor space to truly relax. 10-15 minutes drive to beaches and tourist areas. We rented a car and it was easy to navigate and explore different areas of Turks.

My New Favorite Place

The pictures say it all. This is my new favorite place in the world. You cannot help but relax when staying at this villa. The views are incredible, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We loved the Mediterranean vibe, open-air living, stunning sunrises, and calm blue waters. Even the outdoor showers were fun (just know to expect cool showers, not hot). Terri and Alison were super attentive when we needed their help. We are already planning another visit to Sunrise Ridge!

Fabulous vacation

This was one of our best vacations as a family. Venetian road villa was all we could have asked for and more. The pictures are excellent but it is even better in person. The open air living quarters were comfortable and really allowed you to enjoy the fabulous surroundings at all times. The views were spectacular and the pool and outdoor lounging areas were such an incredible place to spend our days. The whole family cannot wait to come back!

A wonderful vacation!

We loved, loved, loved our stay at Sunrise Ridge and would go back there in a heartbeat. The house is better than the pictures and the view and solitude beyond compare. The home is off the beaten path and far from any crowds which is exactly what we were looking for. The property manager was extremely responsive which we appreciated and were were able to check in early. Maybe I’m being overly critical because apparently most others rated this property as perfect but I think renters should be aware of some things before booking it. The outside decking and stairs leading up to the master bedroom are exceptionally slippery when they get wet. We had on and off again rain showers while we were there and a few falls. When getting the house instructions before arriving we learned that water was limited and we were not supposed to flush the toilets unless going number 2 and to turn off the shower while soaping. Be aware that this is not the case on other parts of the island. The nearby small, quiet beach that is mentioned is now being used as a business for drone photo shoots. A suggestion to the owner. There is only one 5 gallon jug of water provided and this needs to be refilled at the water refill station a couple of miles away. I would recommend having two of these in the house so that when one gets empty there is a spare to swap out.

A week in paradise!

We visited Turks with our two small children and had an amazing time. This villa is beautiful. Most of it is “open air” meaning you walk into the front entry way which is technically outside. The living spaces and bedrooms are closed areas but have tons of windows with screens so it’s amazing to feel fresh air everywhere you go. (Don’t worry, there’s also A/C if you choose to use it). The view is spectacular no matter where you are—living room, hammock, infinity pool, bedroom. Even the landscaping around the house is tropical and fun. The check in process was easy. Hosts are responsive to your needs. We found all the amenities we could need for our trip from linens, toiletries, to fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs etc. It’s easy to drive places from the Villa. There’s a beautiful beach 2mins away and honestly we drove to a new beach most days to explore. So much to see and do but nothing beats coming home to this place. Our kids enjoyed the books, puzzles, games, wooden train track and pool toys, a nice little bonus to keep them entertained. They also loved to feed the fish in the indoor pond every morning. We cooked a few times at the house and the kitchen is very nice. We also grilled fresh fish on the outside grill which is top notch as well. Make sure you pack bug spray then enjoy the outdoors! It’s spectacular! I highly recommend this property.

Sunset Ridge

Great house with a million dollar view. Well equipped kitchen and pool are fantastic. I was worried about AC and water usage but we only needed the AC at night. My only knock is not on the property itself. We found it difficult to know where public beach access was to all the beaches. Maybe provide a map or listing of where the public can access all the beautiful beaches on the island. Towards our last of 8 days there we had found access to most of them but it was a bit of a hunt. I would also recommend the other 2 smaller studio and cottage houses on the property if you have a smaller group

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for 7 days. Absolutely beautiful home! It was like our own little resort. Everything you need to feel right at home. We cooked lovely meals, enjoyed the pool & the amazing view. It truly was a dream trip.
