“The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. “Our room was in the new tower, building 4. It was a junior suite, very large, overlooking the beach. Very nice. The only drawback to the resort was a lack of dinner restaurants and the lack of sports for teens. I recommend putting up a volleyball net on the beach and coordinating activities for kids”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...
