Great stay over Christmas week!

Spacious condo for a family of five with three teens. We used the pull out couch, which our 15 year old thought was comfortable. Two bathrooms and two showers were ample. Plenty of seating in the unit and on the deck. Arrival was coordinated by the very helpful staff from TCI. Our taxi from the airport was arranged and we were met at the unit by Leola who oriented us. Also, they shopped for us and had all of the requested food available in the unit when we arrived. The location of the unit In the Plaza is at the far back of the Ocean Club West right on the main road. It’s a 4-5 minute walk to the beach, but is basically right on the main road making easy access to shops and multiple restaurants. It’s also only a 10-15 minute walk to the grocery store. We had a great time enjoying Grace Bay beach via the Ocean Club West facilities. Plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Multiple staff working the beachfront to assist in any way, such as grabbing an extra chair or helping to book watersports both on and off site. Just very helpful guys. The beach bar staff were great/friendly too. The beachfront restaurant had plenty of options and the food was good. There are two tennis courts with pickleball lines, and we played pickleball multiple days. The only meaningful privilege of the OCW that you can’t make use of as a ‘Plaza’ guest is the free shuttle between the Ocean Club and OCW. Also, you can’t charge to your room. O/w no one knows you’re a Plaza guest.

Great property

My husband and our two teens stayed in the property for a week. The condo was clean and the check in process easy. The property manager Leola greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. She gave us overview of the island and a lot of recommendations. She even offered to make restaurant and activity reservations. Leola was always fast to respond to any of our questions during the stay and went over and above to accommodate our needs. The Condo is located on a resort, close to everything and a short walk to the beach. It doesn’t have beautiful views, but that is clearly stated in the description and the price reflects that. The walk to the beach was very short though and the beach has chairs and umbrellas available. There is also a restaurant right there on the beach. I would have liked the kitchen to be stocked better, since I like making my own breakfasts for the family. I could not find any sheet pans and the frying pans and knives could be in a better shape. Overall a great stay and I recommend the condo to anyone that doesn’t want to pay the very high resort prices.

Ocean Club West Plaza

307 was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We found the property to be safe and walked about in the evenings for dinner. And all the people we met were so helpful and friendly. I hope to visit again someday.

Plaza Sweet

Our stay at the Plaza Ocean Club West eas amazing! The condo was spotless upon arrival. .beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was perfect! The pool and beach were both a five minute walk away. No car was needed...we could walk to shops, restaurants, even the grocery store was nearby. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the sister resort Ocean Club East. Beautiful sunsets there and a great restaurant called Cabana. A wonderful experience from start to finish! We highly recommend!

Great stay

Great location, beautiful beach and not crowded. Apartment has plenty of space and walkable to grocery store, car rental, restaurants. Leola had great recommendations and made everything super easy.

Excellent stay and service!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Joan, the property manager. Our rental was excellent, but unfortunately for us, the AC decided to break on our first day. We called Joan and she arrived very quickly. A technician came over and when the problem couldn't be solved that night, a portable AC unit was brought in. When it was revealed that the problem would require parts not immediately available, we were given another apartment 2 doors down. The apartments were very nice and as described. A short walk to the water, restaurants and shops and full use of most of the resort amenities. Grace Bay beach is incredible and worth every penny. I highly recommend this rental not just for the property, but especially for the attention and care provided during our stay. Thank you, Joan!

Nice condo in a great location

The condo was beachy, spacious and very clean. Randy was great to deal with and was available to answer all our questions. The use of the Ocean Club amenities was really nice. The location was walking distance to downtown. The only thing I was disappointed with was the view from the condo is facing the street but I probably missed that when booking. Otherwise nice place to stay!!

Beautiful Beach

Our stay was great. It’s a beautiful area and we could walk everywhere. That was a big plus being that we have 2 children. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in Grace Bay. The resort itself was on the quieter side which what we prefer. Randy was very helpful before and during our stay!

Spacious, clean and well stocked condo near Grace Bay beach and the heart of night life/shopping.

We had the best family trip with our 2 teenagers staying in this spacious penthouse. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well as everything we needed for hanging on the beach. As short term rental owners ourselves we were very pleased with how well Randy did as a property manager. He had the place ready to go with a full tour of the space, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Our host Candy and Randy were very professional, friendly and welcoming .

After visiting the Turks and Caicos since 2004 and owning a timeshare at Alexander resort, this was my second time at a VRBO. Everything was excellent. All the rooms including the bathrooms, kitchen were large. I'll definitely return when the price goes down for renting the unit and also food. We were caught in the hurricane and couldn't enjoy the beach, restaurants and nightlife because mostly everything was affected by the hurricane. It was scary! This was my "Big! Big! 72nd birthday. I postponed everything during the covid and now the hurricane!! Wow!! Hopefully I'll be rewarded some free nights? I invited two couples with me for their first visit to the Turks and Caicos to celebrate my birthday when all this unforseen things happen. We are safe back home and will definitely return to " My home away from home!!

Great Stay

2nd time staying at the Plaza at Ocean Club West. First time renting one of Charlene's Units. No complaints. Great roomy condo, quiet, relaxing. I have only 2 suggestions. These are suggestions, not complaints. Upgrade the TV to a larger TV in the main area and room darkening shades or blinds in the bedroom.

This property is located in a great resort with an easy walk to the beach and resort restaurant. Parking is right in front and it is located in a great spot on Grace Bay near shopping, markets, restaurants, medical services, and the beach. Full kitchen which is great for a family (we have two kids 10 & 11). They have beach supplies and tennis gear if you choose to play at the resort. Overall, a great stay and would book again!

Incredible condo in awesome location on Grace Bay

We looked at many options on VRBO before selecting this condo. It was our first time on the island and we really didn't know where to stay except we really thought we preferred Grace Bay. Great choice! My sister and her husband and I stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for 4 weeks. We rented a car so we could visit all the beaches. The parking lot by our condo always had plenty of parking available. The unit is on the 3rd floor penthouse corner and is much larger than the pictures show. There are no elevators so we got plenty of exercise, 37 steps. The penthouse unit patio is open to 2 sides (east and south), much bigger than our neighbor units. The bedrooms were plenty big enough for us, with a TV in both bedrooms and one in the living room. The dining room is very large. The kitchen had everything we needed for the month. We loved the custom wall murals of Sapodilla Bay in the living room and dining room. It takes 5 minutes from the unit to the beach, which has the softest sand ever. This beach was not very windy (except for a few days) and the waves were not big and sometimes non existent. The condo even came with beach items like chairs, snorkel gear, and toys. Cleaning service to the unit was always timely and they did an excellent job in keeping the unit clean for us. We walked to restaurants every night, really didn't need to use the car unless we went to the farther ends of Grace Bay. Very safe, although everyone is off the streets by 9pm. Best decision ever in selecting this condo unit. Shenequa (our host) was incredible. She answered all our questions and had awesome advice of what to do on the island. We even got a pedicure at the on site spa, very nice. On site restaurant (Solana) and bar is very nice. Great food. You will not go wrong in selecting this condo unit! Everyone on the island is very friendly and will ask you if they can help you with anything. 100% would return to this unit.
