PALM BREEZE VILLA

IN APRILE 2011 LE SPIAGGE DI PROVIDENCIALES ERANO IL NUMERO VOTATO 'UNO' NEL MONDO !!!! SIAMO SITUATI A SOLI MINUTI LONTANI DALLE SPIAGGE DI GRACE BAY ................. La proprietà è fiancheggiata da molte palme e isola foilage. La piscina e la cascata d'acqua offrono un ambiente rilassante e tranquillo. C'è un bacino di 35 piedi lungo il canale e una rampa per accedere facilmente al canale per nuotare o andare in kayak. La cucina all'aperto presenta ripiani in granito e una grande griglia in acciaio inox con bruciatore laterale e lavello, perfetta per un barbecue.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e doccia. Le altre due camere sono dotate di letti queen size e condividono un bagno con doccia e vasca. Questa camera ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ponti superiori e cortili con schermo in portici che offrono una bella vista sul mare e sul canale.


Al piano superiore ci sono la cucina, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo, con un bagno di servizio, completamente schermato in coperta sul lato del canale, con la parte anteriore della casa che ha un grande terrazzo piastrellato per prendere il sole ecc. Il ponte superiore di fronte offre una splendida vista sull'oceano, dove è possibile prendere il sole, guardare il bel tramonto, o semplicemente rilassarsi e leggere un libro.

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti da supermercati, distributori di benzina, spiagge locali o dalle famose spiagge e ristoranti di Grace Bay. Siamo a circa 10 minuti dall'aeroporto.

Great house that accommodated our family. Details haven’t been updated to reflect that each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a great surprise since that would have been our ideal booking. And 2/3 rooms have a king bed, not just one. Loved the screened porches and outdoor spaces. House in great location as seemed to be 15 minutes from everything.

Jeano was there at car rental to guide us yo house & explain everything.. very helpful! House & grounds are beautiful! Pool not heated so too cold to use. View nice! Well stocked with towels , beach chairs for 4 people. Liked the location on channel of water. We kayaked to. Beautiful bay.

Wonderful property!

Perfect!

Our first trip and everything about this house is fantastic, owner and property manager were great and house was well stocked, super clean and very comfortable. We spent evenings on the dock and days but the pool and enjoyed every minute. House is conveniently located within 15min of everything.

Fun with Friends!

This was a great place for our party of 6! We were greeted at the airport by the nicest person who stayed in contact with us throughout our whole stay! We enjoyed the house, pool, kayaks, outdoor and indoor spaces! It was a great retreat for just us after being out exploring all day!

Fabulous Discovery

Patty's was a great place to hang out with friends. Lots of sitting areas for book reading and alone time and great spaces for group dining and games. Short drives and easy access to beaches and grocery stores.

Great host, property and location

Host Patty and her local assistant Jeanie were great. House was well stocked with all the essentials. We used their beach chairs and coolers daily. Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful Villa

Enjoyed our trip. The Villa has a great location, roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They supplied everything needed for the beach and the pool was a plus. Being on the canal gave us a beautiful view. Micki the property manager was wonderful.

An amazing vacation!!!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed. We cooked a few days - even did a little bbq for the 4th. Our kids loved the pool, they spent hours just relaxing and being lazy. It is centrally located - close to everything. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Excellent Getaway

We had an excellent vacation. This property was very clean. Patty helped us from the day we reserved the house to make sure we had all our questions answered. It is in a quiet area and watching the sunrise from the screened in deck was great! The location is great, we were only a 5-10 minute drive to most things we wanted to do on the island. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great location

Love the fact it was away from the busy hotels and centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and loved how quiet it was at night. We also loved the neighborhood turtle that swims by every day. Wife named him T.C.

Awesome home with Private Pool

We went for a mother daughter vacation and we absolutely loved it here. Felt so comfortable the moment we got there. Very comfortable beds and the home was stocked well. A nice slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the private pool and the privacy this home brings. Wonderful managers! When our rental car hit a snag they were so helpful. Would totally come back.

Perfect vacation!!

What a wonderful property!!! Well stocked, a private pool, kayaks, a family of turtles swimming by in the canal out back….what’s not to like? The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything you need. Highly recommend and will return!!!

Great price, great home.

Great price, great home. Both the property manager and the local support was incredible. Constant communication at a time of need. We got caught in the storms in the Northeast over the Christmas holiday and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to where we needed safely and that they supported us throughout our entire stay.

New Years Family Getaway

My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The Villa is well appointed and makes staying in as easy as going to the beach or out for meals. Miki was a great help, meeting us at the rental car office and leading us back to the Villa. She answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat and shop. Thank you Patty and Miki.

We were there middle of January for two weeks. Magement was awesome from meeting us at our car rental to the extras needed and also quick responses. House well equipped. Car rental is a must. I would rent this property in a heartbeat. Thanks Patty, Michaela and Jeano for all the help.

Great place for family stay in Turks and Caicos

Our group of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property owner was prompt before and during our stay. We were met by one of the local managers, Miki, at our car rental place (Scooter Bob's- also recommended) and escorted to the place. The location was great, with access to the canal and central location to the beaches. The house was well stocked, with no major concerns. Overall, it is an excellent place to rent if you are looking for a quieter place away from the crowds of the Grace Bay area.

Excellent Home Rental

We had an Amazing stay at this house. Patty was excellent with all communications. The house was even better in person. Close to the airport, close to the hospital, and great location to go everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was perfect and we used the big grill by the pool. Sitting on the deck by the waterway every morning with coffee was the best way to start the day. Jeano was also so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this rental. Just sorry none of us had a pen to write a note in the guest book as well.

Amazing!

Our family stayed here for a Christmas get away! It was our first time to Turks and Caicos. It was the perfect place for us! Check in was smooth and Patty and Miki were so helpful. The house is well stocked, very cute and had a lot of space to enjoy. Highly recommend this house! We rented a car from Scooter Bobs which we would recommend. The highlights of our trip were Caicos Dream Snorkel 1/2 day tour (Iguana Island was the best), Leeward Beach was breath taking, dinner at Bugaloos was incredible and they even taught us all about Conch there. We also went to the Thursday night fish fry which was a fun experience.

Little Things Make a Big Difference

We loved this place. The screened porches were lovely and we enjoyed a kayak trip one day. It was comfortable and had what we needed. It was very nice to have the little things that you don't get in every rental - plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, power strips on each nightstand, grills that worked, some pool games and more. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were lots of local magazines to give us information on the island. The pool was nice and the property was very private and quiet without feeling isolated. We'd love to come back again sometime in the future.

Golden Girls trip 2024

There were 4 ladies we all stayed here. It was absolutely perfect! Patty the host was so helpful for any questions from dinner res to all tips and trips to for the ultimate vacation. The house was spotless and had anything and everything we needed to have a great trip. Jeano her manager even met us at the airport and came to our car rental with us. We followed her to our place and she showed us all the tips and tricks. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Centrally located to everything. Thank you so much Patty and Jeano for all your help.
