The Space:
This waterfront cottage sleeps up to four guests on the shores of Chalk Sound National Park in Providenciales, where turquoise lagoons meet the Atlantic and every window frames a view worth waking up for. The private lap pool overlooking Silly Creek is reason enough to book—but add in direct water access, your own kayak and paddleboard, and a location that balances total privacy with easy reach to Grace Bay, and you've found your Turks and Caicos home base.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The king bedroom opens straight onto the terrace, so you can step from bed to poolside in seconds. Quality linens, room-darkening shades for sleeping in, and lagoon views from the moment you open your eyes. The sofa in the living area converts to a queen bed when you're traveling with friends or family, and there's one full bathroom with hot water and all the essentials.

Living, Dining, and Kitchen
The living area wraps around those big windows—settle into the sofa with a book, queue up a movie on the flat-screen, or simply watch the water change color as the day unfolds. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all the basics. A friendly local cat may visit—guests often leave out tuna or cat food if they'd like some company.

Getting Around:
The home is 9.9 km | 6.2 mi from Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- This area of Chalk Sound is just a bit off the beaten path, located in a peaceful national park. You’ll need to drive to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions on the island.
- Pets are not allowed.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
