Bella location, ma la villa ga bisogno di qualche lavoro di restauro

In generale bella esperienza. La villa ha tutto quello che serve, forse per quello che si spende sarebbe stata gradita una pulizia della piscina, che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare per la presenza di lombrichi/vermi nel fondo. Ho mandato due e-mail all’host e non ho ricevuto risposta

This is our third time back in Provo. The home is very private, in a gated, safe residential area. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed. Close to shops, restaurants and phenomenal beaches. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

The communication, check-in/check-out, and location were great! The house was clean. Very quiet neighborhood, felt safe, and it was well lit. Close enough to Grace Bay but without all the tourists. A few suggestions to make the stay even better - the couch is comfortable but could use an update. The kitchen could use a couple more essentials like food containers, foil or parchment paper, some pots with lids that fit, and maybe some basic spices.

Wonderful rental close in quiet area

We stayed at La Villa Palma in the Leeward section of TCI for 6 days and it was a perfect getaway. The house was just as described, the pool and screened in porch were a fantastic addition, and we took the golf cart to a few local beaches (all beautiful)! Great communication for check in and quick responses for any questions that came up during our stay. I would stay at this rental again!

10/10...plan to stay here again next year! The A/C cooled the place off quickly. Didn't use the kitchen much other than preparing sandwiches for lunch at the beach. Clean and comfortable. The host was quick to reply to any concerns that I had. Was so sad that the golf cart was not available for use! We stayed in this rental 2 years ago and LOVED the golf cart to get to the beach! Feel they could have used a hose out back by the spigot to rinse off sand easier? Would love a larger beach umbrella or more than one? I am very fair-skinned and need shade at the beach, along with my SPF 50!! Overall, a wonderful place and highly recommend this property!!

The pool was great, just what we wanted. We would have liked more usable space around the pool that was not under trees, but it was workable. The house was clean and comfortable, good AC throughout the house. We would have liked a stronger internet connection as multiple devices streaming was problematic, we are heavy internet users. The choice of cookware was challenging but we were able to manage cooking a few meals. The host was very responsive when we needed a new pool skimmer and even had the pool cleaner come to give it a cleaning. At other properties we have rented, we had a property manager meet us at the house upon arrival to go over the property, that wasn't available. I would suggest a car rental as the location is not right in the heart of the shops and restaurants. If you golf, the course is less than 10 minutes away from the house. All in all we had a positive experience and enjoyed the property and our stay on the island.

Christmas Getaway

The house was perfect, just as listed. All the features/amenities worked properly. It says a short walk to beach, but I would recommend renting a car, especially if you have little ones. The beach is a two minute ride and it’s gorgeous. The neighborhood is very quiet, felt safe. About a 5 min car ride away from all the restaurants and resorts. Advice: we went in December and the mosquitos by the pool were pretty bad. We even got a few bites while in the screen room. Pack bug spray (they were pretty bad at sunset at beach too, but might’ve just been the time of year we went)Suggestions to owner: invest in more silverware. There were plenty of plates, cups etc but we were constantly washing spoons and forks.
