Villa Sublime dista 10 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto di Providenciales, dal centro di Provo, da negozi, ristoranti e resort. Occupa 1,5 acri di proprietà fronte oceano che offrono suggestive viste sull'oceano e il Silly Creek come sfondo sul lato nord.

L'interno di oltre 4.000 piedi quadrati comprende 3 ampie camere da letto matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno privato e un bagno per gli ospiti in grado di ospitare 6 adulti in tutta comodità, un soggiorno / studio separato convertibile in una quarta camera da letto con 2 letti singoli full size, una zona giorno di design aperta e cucina moderna ben attrezzata e zona pranzo. My husband and I had another wonderful week at Villa sublime! This was our second time visiting the property, and it once again did not disappoint! The property is absolutely beautiful, and Louise and Rhondda made sure we had everything we needed while there. We absolutely loved spending time at the pool or down by the ocean, and the grotto entrance right into the ocean is just simply amazing. The house is lovely and the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything you could need, but we spent most nights using the gas grill outside if we decided to stay in for meals as it was hard to leave the pool! The property is extremely private and most of the time all we could hear was the rustle of the palm trees, so it’s an amazing place to relax and unwind.The house is located near Chalk Sound, so it’s a little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants on the island, but my husband and have rented a car both times and have had no trouble navigating the island, even with having to adapt to driving on the left. Most restaurants are 20-30 minutes away, but La Brisas is very close to the house if you don’t want to venture far and we’ve enjoyed our meals there. There were a handful of extremely small maintenance issues and the shower water doesn’t get very hot which is not unexpected on the islands, but overall the house is amazing and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island! Can’t wait to return!

The pool was amazing! Location was superb - felt totally safe the entire time. We walked to Taylor Bay. Swam through the grotto. The kitchen was so well equipped - everything you need for a superb stay. We had a cleaning midway which was very much appreciated.

Villa Sublime is Right!

We had a great family vacation staying at Villa Sublime. Everything we needed was there. Our favorite amenities were the private pool and the grotto where we could jump right into the ocean! We loved the privacy and the upscale neighborhood it was in. We felt very safe and secluded. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Turks & Caicos!

Great location but overall was not as pleasant as I had expected to be

It was a beautiful place. My only complaints... the microwave and oven were not working. They left a tiny microwave/air fryer combo on the counter in its place. This was too small to cook anything and did not have broil option. I had planned on cooking a lot on this trip but was not able to. This ended up costing us a lot of money. I had reached out about these concerns and they only swapped out the small replacement for another exactly the same. This was very upsetting. The other issue was with the AC. We were told to keep all AC units at 78 degrees during the day and 72 degrees at night to prevent additional fees. This made for a very uncomfortable stay. We were hot and sticky the whole time. In addition, it was very windy during our stay and there was a 1" gap under the front door. You could feel the hot air blowing in through all the gaps all around the door. This didn't help how much the AC was running and we had several bugs come in due to the large gap. I did like the location. There is an increased amount of crime on the island and staying in an area with security and limit access was comforting. Having an alarm system was nice as well. I was a little disappointed when we arrived, they do not have a hot tub as advertised in the listing. There are tubs in the bathroom but that is it.

Bliss!!

This villa was wonderful! The neighborhood is very private and is guarded by security at night. There is a restaurant at the end of the neighborhood that is wonderful (Las Brisas). The property itself was so beautiful and tranquil. Taylor Bay Beach is right up the road and is stunning. Just book it!

Misleading Reviews

Overall this stay was not a pleasant one. This house currently has a rat infestation with 2 rats that were captured during our stay, and many traps rat feces throughout the house. Loud noises in the middle of the night with the rats thrashing in cupboards, blood in the kitchen with feces. Would strongly encourage you to consider somewhere else. The stove doesn't stay closed, the fridge won't cool and this is far from a luxurious house. I was incredibly disappointed by the service, the inside of the house, and the overall rodent issues. Setting expectations with guests is important, and I would strongly encourage you to try to find another place.

Peaceful Retreat!

Our family of 6 just got back from our stay at Villa Sublime and we loved the property. Rhondda met us at the property upon arrival to show us the ins and outs of the villa. Very quiet area, beautiful view, the pool and grotto were amazing! Would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely stay at Villa Sublime

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home. Truly special location with a grotto and gazebo on the water. We cooked extensively in the clean, modern kitchen. Had an issue with the grill on a Sunday and had a replacement within 2 hours- incredibly responsive property manager @ Rhondda. Additionally, Rhondda had a welcome basket of food and bar provisions awaiting upon our arrival. She also went above and beyond in bringing balloons for my twins, as she knew they were celebrating their 20th birthdays. Would return in a heartbeat- wonderful family vacation!!!

Beautiful home

Check in process is lacking - never saw or met property manager - she was very slow when she did respond. Home is beautiful , grounds are tropical and clean - some things could use updating in the home . Did not like the rationed air cooling - couldn’t get a clear answer on our usage - home owner was quick to respond and kind. This property mansger was not ! It’s extremely hot even with air on; power was out over 2 hours one night / no response , one tiny camping type light for entire large home. Lots of equipment to use for activities but several were not usable and need repair . Also, bugs were a huge issue inside home. It sounds bad, however, I would recommend this home if these things were remedied. The location is quiet and secluded from the town and GraceBay.

Sublime Provo

Beautiful, quiet location but close enough to everything you need. Help and support from Rhodda and her team is great. Pool and lounger area very nice and spacious. Kayaking and Paddle Boarding to the local beach is easy. All in all a great place and environment to relax and enjoy everything on offer from the TCI. Highly recommend.

Great Retirement Vacation

3 couples that are friends and retiring had a wonderful time at Sublime . The place is beautiful! Close to Sapodilla Beach. We relaxed by and in the pool. Shopped, took walks and enjoyed the island. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks Rhondda for everything.

Fantastic Vacation

I brought my teenage children and their friends to stay at Villa Sublime over April break. We enjoyed the beautiful home, pool and ocean access. It was spotlessly clean and very private. You must rent a car to be able to access all that the island has to offer from this location, but it was all that we were looking for and more. I look forward to coming back in the future!!

Wonderful and exactly as listed

It's hard to look at the exquisite pictures and believe they can be true. But the villa was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It is a wonderful private location with fantastic views and abundant space for our family. This was our second trip to Turks and while this location was more remote, this was fully described and made for a very tranquil and enjoyable stay. We were met on arrival by the local agent (Rhondda) who showed us the property and left a range of supplies in the kitchen to ease us into the first day. Be warned that getting to the tourist hotspots is a bit of a drive, but getting around was easy, and there are options close to the villa for dining, beaches and water activities. Very enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

Wonderful home in a gated community with direct access to the ocean

Great home in a private setting. Lovely pool, access to the ocean through the grotto is the best. Separate ocean front Cabana for sunrise or sunset enjoyment. Racing Wi-Fi and private office or extra two beds. Each room has own bathroom and an extra main living wc. The living room couches are so comfortable after a day of sun and a huge TV & Netflix. Bedrooms have very comfy beds with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked and welcome package over the top. It feels like a home we will be back! Location, comfort and WiFi with an office and view .. hosts were super responsive. ♥️👍

Great Escape

Villa Sublime was a wonderful escape from our busy lives. We were able to enjoy the views, water and location. We appreciated that we could drive to the more touristy locations, but were not in the center of it. It was a lovely vacation!

Peace and the Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was exactly what our family wanted. The home is beautiful but the grounds are amazing! The walk to the sea is so peaceful. It was a perfect spot every morning for coffee and in the evening for sunsets. Swimming and snorkeling were a daily occurrence. Spending a day poolside with the unforgettable views is a must! Communication with management was really good. We always felt like the customer and felt welcomed. If you are looking to decompress from your busy life, this property is quiet, peaceful, and by the sea! We will return!

Seclusion with great views

This was our first stay at Villa Sublime. It was just as the photos indicated it would be. The pool is the largest we have experienced in rental properties on Provo. The views of the sea to the South are fantastic from the back patio, but wander down the path to the gazebo and the views become absolutely amazing. On-island management was very friendly and efficient during check in and proactively checked on us occasionally during our visit. The entire house was clean and amazingly pest-free, which certainly isn’t easy in an island property. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a very welcoming welcome basket of various snack items that we appreciated through our stay. The booking process was smooth, and Louise kept us informed and provided a wealth of island and villa information prior to our arrival. The entire staff was welcoming and put us at ease for an stress-free 2 week vacation. Will definitely consider staying again.
