Casa Rosada, A Turks & Caicos Paradise Escape

Casa Rosada is an architectural gem, perched on a hill overlooking picturesque Chalk Sound, capturing the cross breeze between the sound and ocean. As you look out upon this magnificent National Park, you will be transported to a paradise where you cannot easily see another home.

The interiors feature raw wood beam ceilings and an eclectic mix of South Asian and Coastal inspired furnishings that create a warm and welcoming ambiance throughout that will help relax you.

A central great room is flanked on either side by a media-den or the library, each of which lead toward two sets of bedrooms, making it perfect for two families of four, 4 couples or 8 friends. Seating abounds in the home, with a library filled with books and games, and a media room with a large flat screen TV.

Each bedroom boasts water views of the sound, and access to the patio. The central great room has three sets of French doors that lead onto pool deck with a 40-foot-long infinity-edge pool and hot tub that can fit 10 people. The outdoors are configured wonderfully for entertainment and dining al-fresco day or night, complete with a sound system and mood-lighting. There is a covered pergola for those who prefer to sit in the shade and take in the view, or read in the evening.

Head down to the dock for peace and tranquility, where you can jump in the crystal waters of the sound, launch a kayak or paddleboard, or just bask in the sun in the hidden lounge nook.

Casa Rosada is beautifully landscaped and fully fenced with imposing gates. It sits discreetly on a secluded cul-de-sac off of the main Chalk Sound Road giving it that invaluable extra privacy and peace.
