Casa vacanze piena di sole nel centro della città al secondo e terzo piano di un edificio indipendente di tre piani. Questa unità è nascosta nella parte posteriore di un piccolo complesso condominiale, lontano dal rumore della strada e dei pedoni, con tonnellate di luce naturale, picchi d'acqua e viste senza ostacoli del Monumento del Pellegrino. Questa unità duplex presenta tre camere da letto e due bagni completi con pavimenti in pietra naturale fluviale. Il condominio dispone di arredi di fascia alta con aria condizionata centralizzata e pavimenti in legno in tutto il grande piano piano aperto. Il primo piano ha un comodo soggiorno con WiFi, cavo HD e audio Bose, capacità di streaming (Chromecast da Google), connettività Bluetooth al sistema audio, cucina dello chef con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in silestone e sala da pranzo per sei ospiti in un grande tavolo. Un ponte privato con vista sulla città e sui monumenti si trova proprio fuori dalla zona pranzo. C'è una camera da letto e un bagno completo situato al primo piano. Il secondo piano ha due camere da letto e il secondo bagno completo. L'unità è completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, sia una macchina per il caffè e Keurig, sia tutti i comfort che ci si aspetterebbe. Situato in posizione strategica vicino a Far Land Provisions ea pochi passi dal traghetto o dalla spiaggia. Il parcheggio fuori strada per un'auto è incluso. Un luogo di vacanza perfetto proprio nel centro o in città, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e tutti i comfort.

We stayed for a week during Carnival and couldn’t have had a better time. The place is smack dab in the center of town and convenient to everything. The deck was a great place for a morning cup of coffee and view of Pilgrim Monument. The rooms are on the smaller side but that’s no issue when you’re out on the town most of the time. Having both bathrooms detached from the bedrooms made it easy for a group stay. Loved staying here and hope to stay again!

We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable here. The place is clean and very well maintained. It’s also fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach towels. The outdoor space is small but has a great view. My only wish was that the furniture inside and out was a little more comfortable but overall, everything was excellent. And the host was extremely responsive to questions during our stay.

Our family could not have been happier with this beautiful home! From off-street assigned parking to the off-street and private location with views of the Pilgrim Monument and village, this home impressed us to no end. Communication with our hosts was flawless. I don't have enough good things to say about this property. The location is perfect. The space was even better than it looks on the listing and you can't beat the view. My friends and I loved every minute of our week in Provincetown and I would definitely stay again. 10/10

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The home was inviting it was convenient to town and all restaurants and shops. Just one minor detail, when we arrive the temperature was @ 85 degrees and quite warm The second floor must have been at least 90. We put on the AC and it worked very well within an hour or two the place was at 68°. We rate our stay a 5 stars!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was fantastic right off the ferry terminal and very walkable to the West End. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and fairly spacious for Ptown. Owners were very friendly and accommodating for our check-in / check-out. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

The home is very well kept by the hosts, centrally located to most of the action on Commercial Street- yet quiet and removed from a lot of the bustle. Our hosts did a wonderful job preparing us for arrival to Ptown and also quick to respond to messages and texts to answer questions we had. We hope to return to the same house next year!

Tom’s property was the most cutely decorated that I’ve stayed in. Although the unit was cozy and bedrooms were on the smaller side, everything was comfortable and clean. Great outdoor deck space. Tom was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo...Tucked away, yet central to everything. With its open floor plan on the main level and three bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 5 adults and one baby. Additionally, Tom and Jonathan were excellent hosts. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thomas’ house is a lovely spot that’s central to town but also slightly removed from Commercial St., which is nice. We’ve stayed in Provincetown a few times, and this is probably our favorite rental so far. The common areas are larger and nicer than they look in photos, though the rooms are relatively small. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place has all the things we could want: location, comfort, luxury, and convenience. - Location: The condo is one block off the main drag and quiet in the space, even with windows open. Delicious meals right outside the front door. Off street parking included in a designated space. - Comfort: beds, sofa, chairs, dining are all comfortable and plentiful. The kitchen is large enough for a couple of people to cook, etc. The layout is well thought out with recessed lights and lamps. - Luxury: beautiful bed linens and towels, thoughtfully laid out bathrooms with enough space, and high end appliances. And someone has a eye for decorating with gorgeous items and enough space left over for your things while you're staying there. - Convenience: easy walking to Commercial St, parking spot, lots to do within walking distance, and a major grocery a short drive away. This is the place to stay in P-town!

This property was all we dreamed of and more. The location was perfect, the deck was a wonderful spot for coffee and cocktails... plus the benefit of a free Miss Richfield 1981 show due to venues moving outside because of COVID. The condo was spotless upon arrival and hand sanitizer was provided. We felt as safe here as we did sheltering in place at home.

This property is in a perfect location. Off the street, but sop close to Commercial St, and views of the Pilgrim Tower and sunsets. The private deck is large enough to sit 4-6 people comfortably. The living area and kitchen are much larger than the photos make them seem. With 6 people in there house, we had plenty of room to roam about. The downstairs bedroom is a little snug, but there was room on both side of the bed to navigate. Upstairs, the master bedroom was quite large, as was the bathroom. There other bedroom upstairs was a little tight around the actual bed, but we had no trouble. The property managers were nothing short of fantastic: super quick to reply and answer any and all questions. I would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

You won’t find a better place in terms of comfort, cleanliness and accommodations including an awesome grill, more appliances than you can use, super comfy beds, spacious living space, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen. If that’s not enough your hosts Tom and Jonathan are always two steps ahead in terms of communicating details like parking, check in and out procedures, and inquiring about noise levels from a business that recently opened next door. The location is great - across the street is a bike rental place and a CVS and you are a stone’s throw from Pilgrim House where there are always amazing shows. What are you waiting for to book this place? Just don’t pick my weekend (lol).
