Guest house a Chiang Mai

“They say they take credit cards, but when you show up the security deposit has to be in cash and is $1000 Baht. You can only have one room key and it is needed to turn the electricity on, so if you and your traveling companion have different plans you must coordinate times to get back in. There is only enough parking for one car. This is rated 9.4 on Expedia, one of the highest ratings. It is not one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.”

“This hotel is located outside the old town - just under 10 mins away. The street is quiet but actually has two bakeries, a bar and small food shops. This side of the city seemed a bit quieter which we didn’t mind. It was easy to get everywhere by tuk tuk (usual rate 150 THB). Our room was on the top floor (3rd) and had a nice view. There is no elevator but the girl at the reception was eager to help with the luggage. We didn’t end up using the swimming pool but it looked nice and clean. The...

“The room has personality, the staff is always smiling and caring about your well-being, the location is perfect, I don’t have much to say except that I miss this room that made my Chiang Mai experience so sweet and just amazing… thank you!!! Eyes closed.. rustic fantastic!!”

“The staff was great, location is perfect! But i has a big insect... but we are in Thailand!”

“there was construction all day right in front of my bathroom window with no covering so not only was it loud i couldn't use the bathroom in peace, especially as a solo woman. the soap was watered down heavily and the towel rack literally fell off the wall as i put it down. the bedspread had stains and no linen over it, and I woke up with what I'm hoping are flea bites. Staff are friendly enough but my stay left a lot to be desired.”

“The place is fine. The price for me ฿600. You can't expect much but the place is clean. The Aircon works fine and they do have smart TV with my Netflix.”

“Small room perfect for a quick overnight stay. Pretty walkable to nearby attractions”

“This property was great, completely new and modern. Facilities are amazing. Would definitely recommend it. Great value for money. ”

“Nice and peaceful. If you like the sound of crickets then you’ll love it.😬😬”
