“Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza dalla ragazza della reception. L'hotel all'occhio è molto bello ma risulta un po' trascurato, avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione (sia per le parti comuni che per l'arredo della camera). la colazione è varia ma non include cappuccino e caffè...la cosa grave è che non siamo stati informati e abbiamo trovato i relativi addebiti sul conto in fase di check-out. “First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for ½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well.”
