I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with your family! GC was so kind and easy to work with. Unfortunately traditional baby gates do not work as well in a log cabin, but worth looking for new inventions! Our Lutron lighting system has it's pros for owners, but some cons for renters on occasion. We try and note for people to leave the steam room door open to ventilate, we've added a new sign and bleach bombed it :) We were unaware a previous renter broke of the guard in the hot tub. It has been fixed. Luckily our driveway is one of the shortest in Sundance, but yes, snow is slippery! Box Elder bugs (harmless) love Sundance and decided to stay for the winter, which is a total mystery. We have year round pest control at the cabin- they are on it! Hope to host this kind family again!

Thanks for spending the holidays with us! As noted to renters in advance, 4 wheel drive is recommended in all Utah canyons (although not always required). -This renter experienced record breaking snowfall! It created some new challenges at Sundance for sure.

The renter and his group were clean and respectful of the property and were given a 5 star review in that respect. To address his concerns, he was aware of the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. VRBO requires a number of "guests allowed" and posts it as "sleeps". This is not the owners doing. It has been requested VRBO clarify this in the past, they have not. We only allow 20 in the home, combination of children and adults. If a limit is not set, numbers get out of control. The description and contract make it very clear there are 6 bedrooms/ 6 beds, and it was clear to Clay. A new air mattress was purchased and provided at his request. Sleeping bags are noted as "a courtesy" for children and are not counted as "sleeps" in the description. Summer is our most popular time of year. Rates reflect demand. Clay requested wine glasses be delivered mid-stay. We were not able to fulfill this request logistically. He was informed wine glasses were in the kitchen at last check, but went unnoticed they were all broken and missing since most renters/ owners do not require them and past renters did not mention they broke them (or took them home as souvenirs? ;) 24 wine glasses were purchased and stocked by next renter. Theater issue was not addressed during the stay or known until now. It will be looked at. We welcome all questions prior to stay and are honest in our description. Any important issues that arise are remedied to the best of our ability.

Kind renters. Would rent again! FYI- Sauna works after pushing reset button. (in information binder) Water pressure is code for septic system. Full house can effect pressure. Just added extra summer parking spot. Parking is tight! 6 cars (as noted in listing)
