“I walked in to this hotel with the clerk and a customer screaming at each other. Fast forward a few days a clerk got upset because we needed to extend our stay and we asked for housekeeping to come. If you are staying to go to and from the hospital make a different choice. They also charged two nights extended stay without my permission. I am waiting for the charge to drop of my account. They frankly made a stressful situation worse. I would NOT recommend. ”

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! “The views were breathtaking. A nice old rustic feel to it. The pool was heated, the hot tub was hot. The front seat employees were very hospitable, very nice and very helpful and kind. It was outdoorsy, with lots of wildlife to view, a stones throw from Strawberry and great fishing! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and have a good time!”
