Back door was left ajar with a rock in it at all times. I kicked the rock away, but it was back in the doorway keeping the door open. Bathroom light was out and maintenance fixed it right away. Beds are hard. It's next to the freeway and very, very noisy.

Stained sheets and blankets, room smelled like cigarettes really bad. Bad was flat and beat down. So bad I considered asking for a refund and sleeping in my truck. Lights were broken, people coming in and out all night. Probably the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. Spend the 20 more dollars and go somewhere else.

The first room had no television working, the second room had no curtains and the third had a sink drain that leaked almost as fast as the faucet supplying the water. They have no quality control and are more concerned about filling their first floor with homeless for their sanctuary motel.

The desk attendant was okay, but honestly gave the impression he didn't care about anybody or anything. Everything looks run-down, the "lobby" had a pretty bad odor to it, and overall it looks like the furthest place from anywhere a family with kids wants to stay. My husband went to take a load of our things to the room while I waited in the car with the kids, and came back shortly after to tell me we would not be staying here. He found what appeared to be bed bug fecal matter all over the beds, and several dead bed bugs along the floor around the beds. We got a refund and found lodging elsewhere. I will never stay here, nor would I ever recommend it.

There was crap and blood on the sheets. We never slept under the bedding. The floor was dirty and still had garbage and dirt under the beds. The garbage cans had some kind of smell and moldy stuff in it. The toilet seat was loose. The fridge didn’t work, only the freezer. When I asked the cleaning lady for towels she said she doesn’t speak English, yet spoke that in plain English. The girl that checks you in and out is not friendly and barely speaks. She refused to give me a receipt and said I would have to get from Expedia, but they took our card when we checked in. The dog area is completely covered in feces, and garbage. They have a woman who lives a the motel, from what the police said and she has three dogs tied up behind the property by the garbage can on the freeway side. They bark and are hungry and entangled. None of this is a good look for your business and does not reflect well. We stayed here 10 plus years ago at this same place, and I can’t believe how bad it has become! I will not be staying there again! I had no where else to go, that late in time or I would have canceled! Also our last stay the people above us were up all night making the loudest noise, setting off the fire alarm and bathing 4 times, and just stomping every step. This was all night until 9:30 am! I went several times to the desk to tell them and no person was there! Always a sign stating they have stepped away and would be back in awhile. Very Disappointed and disgruntled! Liesel Buckne

It's cheaper than most motels in the area, but not the best deal. Side door didn't work, only found out when we had to haul stuff back around the front. Room was clean, but no mini fridge, no microwave, the room was freezing with cold air blowing from the vents and no changing the thermostat made any difference. Went to take a hot shower, the hot and cold are switched sides on the tub faucet, but even then water only got lukewarm at best. Toilet flushing sounded like it was going to explode. Staff was totally apathetic, no apology, no smile, only giving 2 stars because it was clean and they did switch rooms without any hassle. Only thing better is the heat worked. Housekeeping banging on the door before 11 and front desk calling to tell us to check out as we were walking out the door at 11:15.

No AC, broken window fastener, completely broken TV, sketchy elevator with a sign saying “no more than 3 people at a time” on it, not very clean, and not great smelling.

Although it is an older motel it was clean and tidy. The location is next the I 15 …..150 feet! So it was extremely loud! The mattress was worn out.

We walked into a thick cloud of weed that filled the lobby and every hallway. Signs about sex trafficking were everywhere. The staff member typed away without response when I told her I was checking in and gave her my name. After a few minutes I asked if I needed to check in online or what to do. She said she was checking me in. Never smiled. When we got to our room, there were 2 queen beds. We couldn’t find anyway to call the front desk and went down where we will told they don’t have rollaway beds. I clarified that we reserved a room for 5, She said 3 are children that could sleep together. I told her we noted the kids are aged 17, 14 and 14. In our room we heard a man yelling loudly in another language, so I couldn’t tell what was going on. Cigarette smoke wandered in our room when we had to open the window because there was no A/C! That let in the traffic noise, but we still couldn’t sleep because our room was so hot. There was no shampoo, only 4 pillows and a small Tv but the remote didn’t work. There weren’t enough towels or washcloths and when I called through Motel 6 nationwide they transferred me to the front desk. She said they couldn’t bring me anything and that I need to come down to get what we want. No hot drink options besides coffee and powdered cream. The hotel is run down which makes it look more dirty, but we didn’t expect much as we needed to save money. We appreciated the microwave and larger fridge, but the microwave was so sticky we had to pry it open.

My room was disgusting. I got in late around 3am the bed sheet had stains on it. Since I it was so late I had no energy to go down and complain about it so I covered and laid two hand towels over the stains. When I woke up to take a shower I used the wash cloth to wash my face and there was hair in it. There was also long hair in the shower. I bought this up to gentleman at the front desk I also took pictures of what I found and obviously he knew it wasn’t my hair because I have really short hair and the hair in the shower was really long, I also took pictures of the stains on the sheets. So he said he could offer full clean service of the room. He even bought the housekeeper over to the desk and told her to deep clean the room she said ok. I told her the disgusting things I found, she said no problem she will make sure it’s clean. However, when I got back to my room later on in the evening I noticed that there was a really big brown stain on the bed sheet, I don’t know how they did not see it because it was right there you would have to be blind to not see it. I took pictures of that as well. I was very exhausted and I was trying to sleep but there was a woman that must have been on drugs or very intoxicated yelling at the top of her lungs and cussing up a storm. The cops came and arrested her. I went to take a shower and there the same long hair there and wash cloth. I was very disappointed he said he would talk to his manager. I said at least get partial refund
