If you just need a place to crash for the night that is cheap-this place is for you! I value cleanliness and pride in ownership which is lacking here. I kept my shoes on the whole stay. My towels were filthy. The room curtains hung off the rack, lamp had tears in the shade, couch had ground in muck like a dog with the mange had its way with it, walls had bare spots where even the sheet rock wanted to leave. 😂It is evident it is pet friendly. My microwave did not work. The ironing board had rust and was something akin to what you would find off the highway in the middle of the desert that fell off a donation truck. My shampoo bottle was 1/4 full. Made me wonder if the maid ever came or if they are cheap about complimentary items. This hotel has such a great location and could charge what the Marriott across the street does if they just invested in a major renovation. Perhaps the management should sleep in one of these rooms to truly understand the customer experience.
