The Space:
The SandKorn 2 vacation home is ideal for four people. Modernly furnished, generously designed and lovingly equipped, the vacation accommodation is ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation with the family.
The large living-dining area with fireplace leaves nothing to be desired and is the focal point of the house. From here you have direct access to the garden with south-facing terrace and unobstructed views of the salt marsh. In the evening, deer come right up to the
the edge of the property. The kitchen and living area are modernly furnished and leave nothing to be desired. There is also a sauna on the first floor where you can spend a relaxing wellness day. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds).
Sleeping like on cloud nine is possible here thanks to the mattresses with two optional firmness levels. Each of the bedrooms has plenty of storage space for your luggage. In the additional bathroom, a bathtub from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of nature invites you to take a relaxing bubble bath.
The semi-detached houses Sandkorn 1 and Sandkorn 2, whose terraces are separated by a lush Corten steel container and thus guarantee privacy, can also be booked together and offer space for a total of 6 people. The entire house is surrounded by a garden with a lawn and a lushly overgrown frieze wall
with beach and hedge roses, sea buckthorn, lavender and lilac. Garden furniture, a garden shower and parasols make warm summers a pleasure. Sandkorn 2 is the perfect retreat for some time out.

Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored in the adjoining lockable garden shed.

Guest Access:
SK 1 + SK 2 can also be rented together for up to 6 people

The house SandKorn is equipped with insect screens on all windows due to its “green location”.
Free parking directly at the house, 1 wallbox for charging e-cars

The Neighborhood:
Numerous attractions and activities await you on site, which are recorded in a self-designed guest book “from A to Z” in the apartments. These include cycling tours, hikes, water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddling, trips to the Bodden, visits to the beach and exploring the nearby small town of Barth and the fishing villages of Fuhlendorf and Bodstedt with their Zeesen boats and the Weiße Flotte landing stage.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Firewood is available.
