“Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. “The location was great, the room was beautiful and spacious, and even included a very peaceful outdoor seating area with each room. Our room also came with a small kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare/ eat food in our room. The staff was very kind and allowed us to extend our checkout time for an hour the morning of. “Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this property. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the spacious balcony, which we used and enjoyed having.
