After spending ten wonderful days at Aries Lago Park Hotel, we can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were exactly as advertised, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to the concierge, the reception team and the staff at the boat and bicycle rental for their outstanding service and excellent recommendations. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful lakes and endless forests. It is perfect for families with teenagers or young adults. We enjoyed motorboat trips, e-bikes, cycling and a fantastic 2–3 hour kayaking tour on the Marózka River through stunning, unspoiled nature. Breakfast was outstanding. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh food, and everything was continuously replenished until the very end. The fresh fruit, delicious pancakes and homemade cakes were exceptional. A special thank you also to the pastry team for creating a beautiful birthday cake exactly as my family had requested. It looked perfect and tasted amazing. Outstanding service, beautiful surroundings and exceptional attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. We travel a lot, and this is truly one of the finest hotels we have ever visited. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet area, making for a very peaceful stay. The apartment itself was clean and the kitchenware was very clean too. However, there were several topics that future guests should be aware of. The water coming from the taps had a strong, unpleasant odor and a dirty appearance, requiring us to buy our own water for cooking and even brushing our teeth. This was a significant inconvenience. While the apartment was clean, the bed linen was full of dog hair, which was quite disappointing. The apartment also felt a bit dark, and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows was a major problem, as there were a lot of mosquitoes. I highly recommend bringing a fly swatter. The provided starter kit was very basic, with just two dishwasher tabs and two waste bags. There was no laundry detergent, which is something to be aware of if you plan on doing laundry. The kitchen is also not very well-equipped for cooking as it lacked a kitchen towel, a sieve for pasta, and a vegetable peeler. Also, the swimming pool was closed. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, bare-bones place to stay and are prepared to bring your own supplies and deal with the water situation, this apartment could work for you. It's important to set your expectations low regarding the amenities and be prepared to buy your own water. The big plus is the price and it's quiet location.
