Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will definitely be our first choice. I thank the staff for everything and for making our holiday so special.

"apparently the hotel is nice, however there is a catastrophic detail that make this hotel terrible: the window are made with single glass. so during the day you hear noise and vibrations from the street. during the night, it is even worse. you hear the music from the clubs nearby and above all the ..."
