“We booked in Expedia and paid RMB 278, including accommodation, taxes and fees to the Expedia. When we arrived the hotel, the hotel staff insisted that we have to pay RMB 400 on the counter by cash, otherwise, we were not allowed to check-in. We had to paid RMB 400.
