“Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. “Host was friendly, place was decorated nicely and was clean. This was an excellent location, close to lots of local attractions. It was a little frustrating that we were notified of construction on the street the DAY OF our stay, which caused us to have to park around the corner on an alternate street and not have use of the driveway. Also, since there was no dishwasher, it would be nice to not be expected to hand wash our dishes when we pay a cleaning fee.”

“Everything was excellent from the location and its proximity to so many Colorado Springs attractions, to the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property. The cottage had everything I needed for a restful mini vay-cay. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed for a few nights while visiting family in the Springs and it was nice to have a place to call my own while I was there. “Met my needs and location was perfect - within a few minutes away from my son's home. The building is old and very small - the description was accurate. The host was great. Quick to respond and helpful. I didn't prepare meals there so can't comment on how the kitchen is furnished. The age and condition of the building I'd rate a 3 so don't expect too much.”

“I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors.
