“This lodge is far more than a hotel. It is an experience. They take excellent care of you. The food is amazing and the details in preperation is top quality. “We received a room upgrade due to being assigned the wrong room upon arrival. The room was brand new and large with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. “A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. “I had a really relaxing stay at the Sea Monkey. I was in awe of the breathtaking views, and spent much of my time relaxing on the outdoor hammock enjoying the weather and location. The staff were quick in responding to requests via whats app and were super helpful! I enjoyed the little town that was accessible by foot and appreciated that this was also just a 5-10 minute boat ride to other activities. I so cannot wait until I get to come back again!”

"Bellissima struttura di lusso con personale scadente e maleducato. Purtroppo dopo aver concordato con il receptionista che il passaggio aeroportuale era incluso da Expedia, al momento dell’arrivo in aeroporto l’autista pretendeva in modo molto sgradevole di essere pagato. Abbiamo chiamato la reception che ha insistito nel pagamento e mi ha addebitato senza mia autorizzazione Usd 20 sulla carta di credito data a garanzia. Ritengo tutto questo molto sgradevole e poco corretto visto che il contratto di Expedia prevede il trasporto aeroportuale incluso. Avrebbero potuto dirlo prima. Peraltro avremmo preso un taxi individuale ad un prezzo di USD 15. Ovviamente e’ una questione di principio in un albergo di standing elevato come dovrebbe essere questo. "
