Cottage a Puerto Ángel

“Incredible location. Excellent amenities in the apartments. ”

“The view and the location are a 10 out of 5! You are stops from a gorgeous beach with great swimming and snorkeling. Watching the whales go by from the deck several times a day never got old. There are beach-club/restaurants and a mini-markets close by. It's a 20 minute walk into Puerto Angel (less than 5 minute drive), and the tourist towns with more restaurants and bars aren't too much further of a drive. The host was very communicative; they let us know how to contact the housekeepers, let...

“This property has so much potential however the host’s attitude and some of the amenities or lack of made it unpleasant. We arrived late afternoon after a long flight and drive to the property only to find that many basics were missing i.e. one towel and face cloth for two people and no top sheet or blanket on bed. The description and photos of the property on the VRBO site were very different than the reality. The hosts seemed eager to to fix any issues for a day, however, became quickly...

“Host was responded to emails in a timely manner. Location is excellent. ”

“The house was overall just OK. There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival. This was a constant nuisance during our stay, even after cleaning by the house manager. Spider webs on the ceilings and high up on the walls. Cockroach in the bathroom sink at night. Needs a deep cleaning for sure. Beds were very hard. Not a comfortable place to sit anywhere in the house. We would not return in the future. ”

“Perfect in all ways! Attentive staff, beautiful room, tons of privacy and the beach...Oh, the beach! Recommend.”

Al primo tentativo di utilizzo presso il ristorante questo “credito” non risultava. Al check-out solo dopo una sgradevole discussione hanno accettato l’utilizzo parziale del “credito” iniziale senza rendermi la differenza. Tutto molto...

“Great Staff, clean room, Breakfast is ok but repetitive, same food every morning.”
