This is one of the hundreds (it seems) or so hostels and small hotels that seems to have mushroomed in Puerto Ayora in the past years. It is located in a small side street, very close to where the action is in town, meaning the port, Av Charles Darwin with shops, restaurants and bars, and Charles Binford St with a number of extremely recommendable local eateries.
The hostel is a good place for sleeping and very basic comfort: My room was clean and the shower worked well. A small coffee shop is attached which is where breakfast is served. Other than that, there is no facility to spend time in the hostel, like f.e. resting in a hammock after the daily activity. (In my observation during my trip across the islands, a space with a few hammocks has been a standard amenity in other ho(s)tels). The receptionist was friendly when I arrived, but with limited English-proficiency - and mostly absent afterwards. Kitchen and cleaning staff were available when needed, but do not speak English.
To me, this is good, with lots of room for improvement. There are probably better places to stay in town in the same price category.
