SCONTO DEL 60% SUI BAMBINI COME PERSONA AGGIUNTIVA.

Questa confortevole villa delle Canarie è stata ampliata nel 1983 a 249 m2 di spazio abitativo. Grazie alla costruzione unica, è inondato di luce. Nel mezzo della casa c'è un "patio" e tutte le stanze sono disposte tutt'intorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare. All'esterno c'è anche una cucina, oltre alla spaziosa area grill, piscina privata (4 x 8 metri) con acqua salata (quasi nessun cloro, quindi molto delicata per la pelle) -
 riscaldabile per 100 € a settimana - tavolo da ping-pong e giardino con una superficie totale di 1800 m2. Parcheggio privato.
Dall'ingresso principale si arriva in una piccola stanza sulla sinistra, che può essere utilizzata come camera da letto (divano letto) o come lavoro o rifugio. Alla fine una delle camere con 2 letti singoli, accanto un bagno con doccia. Quindi camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con doccia e vasca. Alcuni mobili in legno di alta qualità hanno più di 100 anni. In varie sale, alcuni sono realizzati su misura. Se continui lungo il corridoio, vieni nella prossima camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sulla piscina. Dietro c'è il soggiorno con TV satellitare. Da qui si ha accesso alla piscina con area barbecue e ping-pong. Accanto al soggiorno c'è una grande sala da pranzo e la cucina. Questo ha anche un'uscita sul giardino e sul garage.
WiFi è disponibile gratuitamente. Culla e seggiolone su richiesta - gratuiti.
Un Lidl è di fronte, in meno di 1 minuto a piedi. È aperto dal lunedì alla domenica. Vari negozi (edicola, farmacia, panetteria, ristoranti e bar) si trovano nella città di El Toscal, a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Puerto de la Cruz è raggiungibile anche in 20 minuti a piedi, 5 minuti in auto. Se vuoi tornare in taxi, paghi solo 5 €.

Lovely Spanish Villa with Gorgeous Grounds/Pool

The month we stayed celebrating a milestone birthday with family, friends was simply amazing. The villa offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. Spending the days outdoor by the pool (which we heated), enjoying the gardens and each other were made even better using the outdoor kitchen.The people (owner, family, representative) couldn't have been nicer. You can walk to Loro Parque and Punta Brava beach. We spent many evenings walking into the center plaza, finding amazing restaurants, cafes, shops. The plaza has a taxi stand for a quick ride back to the villa.Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Fabulous House with loads of space

The house is very spacious and lots of beautiful outside space, gorgeous gardens, lovely pool, beds very comfortable, small issues with hobs and ovens but the outside kitchen with bbq made cooking for all of us easy. Would highly recommend for large groups like ourselves, our three teenage cousins absolutely loved it.

Very nice stay

The contact with Irene went very well. All our questions about car rental, for example, were answered quickly. Check-in also went very well. The holiday villa looked clean and fine. Just like the garden which looks beautiful. We stayed with 11 people and had a wonderful stay. Thanks for the nice stay

Ein tolles Feriendomizil im landestypischen Stil. Großzügiger Eingangsbereich, toller Außenbereich mit Pool und Blick zum Teide, Blick zum Meer. Räumlichkeiten dem Alter und Stil entsprechend in gutem Zustand. Straße und Lidl-Markt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Gruppen-Woche in der Villa Alina

eine herrliche Villa mit einem wunderbaren Garten mit Pool wo wir mit 10 Personen (5 Paare) sehr gut aufgehoben waren. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, man hat alles was man braucht, auch um z.B. mal einen gemütlichen Grillabend zu veranstalten. Die Lage ist sehr günstig zur Stadt und zum Loro Parque, auch wenn die Straße schon die ganze Nacht zu hören ist. Wenn man etwas kritisches anmerken möchte: - die schönen Holztüren sind fast überall verzogen, sodass ein geräuschloses öffnen oder schließen nicht möglich ist. - der Warmwasserversorgung könnte man eine Umwälzpumpe spendieren, es dauert sehr lange, bis das warme Wasser die teilweise doch langen Strecken zurückgelegt hat und so verbraucht man unnötig Wasser. Aber diese Kleinigkeiten haben unseren Genuss nicht sehr gestört. Von hier aus nochmal vielen Dank an Frau Pieck und Frau Pelka, die sich toll um uns gekümmert haben.

Aufenthalt im Haus El Burgando

Die Vermietung klappt einwandfrei sehr nett und schnell. Vorort der Service ist auch super. Tage der Gärtnerbesuche bitte genau eintragen. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstatung ist okay, das große Manko ist aber keine Klimaanlage und an warmen nachts sehr sehr warm (trotz der aufgestellten Lifter). Die Nähe zu Strass und zum Kreisverkehr ist nicht zu unterschätzen, für Leute die es nicht gewöhnt sind sehr laut - fast störend. Außen Küche sehr schön, Pool auch, Gartenanlage top. Nächster Supermarkt fussläufig ansonsten benötigt man ein Auto. Nachbar bringt gern Obst vorbei.

Fantastic, beautiful and spacious villa

We stayed for just under a week with friends. The villa was perfect. Plenty of room inside, clean and large enough for several families. The private pool in the garden was large, clean and great fun. We didn’t use the fantastic huge BBQ but will do next time. The location is ok. A car would be useful but not essential. Lidl is just across the road and Tosca and Puerto De La Cruz just a short walk away. The hosts in particular Katy took care of everything even replacing the coffee machine for us. The complimentary fruit and wine is a lovely touch. We will definately be back.

Great villa with a fantastic bbq & pool area

A bit old but a great villa with place for a large company. The outside area with bbq, pool, table tennis is just fantastic. What could be improved is the kitchen equipment (o quick tour to IKEA would fix most of it) and the heat water system.

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen! Die Villa ist riesengroß und auch der Garten ist sehr schön gepflegt. Probleme werden schnell behoben. Uns hat es gut gefallen, nicht in einer typischen Tourigegend zu wohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great villa. Perfect for families

I was looking for a villa as a surprise for my wife's 30th birthday where 9 of us would be staying. It was tricky trying to find a nice balance between having somewhere quiet and secluded but also close to shops, bars and restaurants but Villa Alina does it perfectly. The villa itself is just off a main road but you wouldn't know it when lounging by the pool as it was really quiet. There is a large supermarket just across the road which was perfect for us as we had a lot of mouths to feed! The villa itself was brilliant. Plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed was there. We spent most of our days either in the pool, sunbathing or having BBQ's using the outside cooking facilities. Also the table tennis table got used quite a lot! When we ventured out there are a few bars and restaurants a short walk up the hill but most of the time we got a 5min taxi ride into Puerto de la Cruz for around 5 euros. There is also a large shopping mall 10mins away in a car. We never really had any issues except some of us would have liked more pillows on the beds, but a quick text message and a couple of hours later the owner turned up, having gone to the trouble to buy 9 new pillows for us all which was a really nice touch. Some people have mentioned it looks a little dated but that adds to the charm of it as we didn't want to be staying in a shiny showroom! For us it was the perfect family holiday and we wouldn't hesitate in going back. Top marks!

Litle bit wear and tear. 80' style interior and house sits in same period. Couple of tiles knocked loose and doors jamming but still wery wonderfull and functional house. Safe with children, the pool area and back yard is wonderfull. Nice barbeque area with full kitchen. For us this was excelent choise. Traveling with 4 children ages 2-8, pool was heated and children loved it. Fences aroud the house so they could play around the house and yard without worry them wondering to road etc. Lidl on the another side of road was nice, so you could get most of the needed without car. Short walk to beach and some restaurants. Taxi to bar and restaurant area around 5 euros. Definetly coming back if possible. Owner and staff was helpfull and everything went just as agreed. Maybe trip to ikea to get some sharper knives and couple of steel frying pan woud not be bad idea. But still, everything was working and staying was very nice. If you like modern and luxury this is not the best choise, if good location, big house with pool and yard is what you like this is good choise. Owner came to check the pool with gardenes and asked if we had any complains etc. Promised to check the knives, glases etc and I got the feeling that he will develope this location, we will see when we go back. Thanks to owner, we had a wonderfull stay and we are coming back.

Grosse Haus mit tollem Garten

Ich habe in dem Haus Ende Januar mit meiner Familie (6 Erw+3 Kinder) für 8 Tage gewohnt und wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Zimmer, dem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und dem tollen Garten mit Grillkamin + Gartenküche, die wir jeden Abend benutzt haben. Der Pool war wie gebucht beheizt (27°) und wir haben ihn trotz nicht so tollen Wetter fast täglich benutzt. Sehr schön angelegter grosser Garten mit Carport für 2 Pkw. Sehr kurzer Weg zum gut bestücktem Lidl, kuzer Weg zum nächsten großen Einkaufszentrum (Mercando) 4,2 km. wir sind zu Fuß zum Loro Parque gegangen 1,2 km ca. 20 Min. Abends war der Strassenverkehr kaum wahrzunehmen. Das Haus ist aber typischerweise etwas hellhörig, da die Türen nicht mit Gummidichtungen versehen sind, eben kanarisch ,-). Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und haben uns noch extra 2 Heizgeräte besorgt, da es abends kalt wurde. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus wohl wiederbuchen, Nur nicht unbedingt im Sommer. Wegen fehlender Aircondition und dem stehenden Gewässer ( Wassertank für Bananenplantage??) Mücken!

A once grand family home which could do with a bit of an update but still great!

This is a great space especially if you are with children. The fact that the whole garden area is walled in means it's safe to let kids run around and explore. Positives - Fantastic outdoor BBQ area. This is such an amazing space and even in December we were cooking and eating outside. - Lots of space inside - Lidl is just across the road which means it's a 30 second walk for fresh bakery items in the morning - Master bedroom is very spacious and has an amazing en-suite - The owners are super friendly people who are always willing to help Negatives - Kitchen is particularly well equipped (sharp knives, pans, colanders, etc). Nothing a trip to ikea wouldn't sort out. - Beds aren't the most comfortable in any of the rooms. Perhaps a minor thing but in a premium house I normally expect better - A little bit of road noise at night, although this didn't bother me and certainly didn't keep me awake - Some minor issues with the heating of the pool but it was sorted by the end of the week - Other bedrooms are much smaller and much less grand than the master bedroom Summary - We'd go back and stay here because it's a great house but hopefully the few things mentioned above are fixed because a simple trip to ikea could sort it.
